Can’t comment on the food as we decided to leave. Seeing as we missed the happy hour by 17 seconds as we were told. They just missed us spending $$$$ with on diner. It's all automated they told us. Stupidity over rides common sense and customer service here. Even after telling the manager.” Very sorry sir nothing I can do about it” Never coming back!

I don't know if it was because I was alone that I was so ignored after my dinner was served but I felt totally ignored. I wanted to ask for a roll that I could actually bite into without breaking a tooth or even maybe substitute for coleslaw but could not catch his attention. Never once did he approach my table or even look my way so I could have the problem rectified. He was giving all the other patrons his full attention but not once did he even acknowledge I was even there. Chicken was good, fries so-so, 1 little tsp. of cranberry sauce on a piece of wilted lettuce and dressing was a glob of unidentifiable origin. I will never order the festive meal ever again

We visited burger king at square one shopping centre today at 2.32 pm. Ordered online number 23 and 24. Nuggets were dry and very hard, impossible burger was absolutely disaster. Surprised, why BK makes difficult to give feed back. As I ordered online. The digital receipt does not indicate store number which BK reqires to complaint. disappointed

This is 100% unacceptable - now the delivery is set for the 19th -12 calendar days and 9 business days - unbelievable - absolutely the worst - I paid for 2-3 business day shipping - it does not take 6 business days to process an order

We have 4 restaurants with 7shifts payroll and time clocking service and they missed filling 1 of our locations for the Q3/24. We emailed support and sale and no response even after 4 business days, chatted with support to open the case but no follow-up whatsoever. We'll move all of our services to another provider. When we first signed up for the trial, all the emails were responded instantly on the same day. Save yourself the headache and bring your business to someone else! They definitely won't care about keeping you as a customer.

Waited weeks and my order never shipped. Had to email several time to get any response. There was always some excuse that made no sense, something like we're out of "X" But no communication started by them as to a substitution or delete from order. After over a month the emails turned extremely rude them and myself they eventually refunded order after more than 4 communications requesting so.

Some of the best memories was created here! Weve had som amazing times at this hotel, the staff is amazing, theyre really fun an always on for a party. The chef bartender Ahmet, is also amazing, a really amazing guy who made you feel like the center of your vacation! 🍻 The rooms are clean, the pool and the bar is awesome and we never had a moment, when we werent having fun! The food was okay, it is what you can espect from a cheap all inclusive, the breakfast tho... I wouldnt recomend! Its also a short walking distance from the beach, and a 20 minute walk from centrum, or Else its 2 euro for a cap.
