You know something's not gone quite to plan when the email inviting you to leave a review arrives before the goods! And even worse, when you click on the link to leave the review, it just takes you back to their website! Dyno climbing were very slow to deliver my goods, and did not meet their quoted 2-5 working day delivery time, eventually taking 8 working days (plus two weekends). They did respond quickly and professionally to my chasing emails but I did not find the fact that it was around Black Friday to be an acceptable excuse and I did not appreciate having false hopes raised about dispatch timing. On the positive side, I (eventually) got a great pair of climbing shoes at a very good price.

It's a new company, so I wasn't sure what shopping would be like with them, but it was wonderful! Great outdoor gear, I loved every product I got, and it came so quickly! I had to return exchange a shirt for a bigger size, and customer service was really responsive and quick. Great experience!
