Customer Support ist terrible, asked a couple of questions about an upcoming new airsoft gun and all I got is one sentence that was absolutely not the answer to any of my questions "We do not make a kit for that model".... Edit: After one more Email they finally cared to explain!

Wanted to review this website because I've seen no reviews. This is a seller on eBay with thousands of good reviews, and I assume they made a website to reduce fees and gain a better SEO position. With that in mind, I decided to give them a try and I'm very glad I did. I got an amazing deal on some gear I needed, the shipping was lightning fast and I really appreciate the customer service. I highly recommend this shop, and if you've bought from them I recommend you give em a review! I bought a pack of 3 used hpa tanks for 65$ and that's the lowest price I've seen anywhere. I was able to pay with PayPal and I'm glad to have found this site. Flexible payments, fast shipping, wide selection and good price. Cheers!

I purchased 10 items from deltatacticalgroup. Few items were on the back order. This company did not notify me at all. Items were showing in stock. After I contacted them, they told me they do not have those items. I told them to send me whatever you have and cancel the other ones. A week later, I received a package from them with wrong item and damaged one, also one item was missing. Back-and-forth, they told me to send it back and they will refund me. After they receive the items, I got email from them stating that nothing was missing and they will not refund. Very dishonest people and horrible business practice. Stay away as far as possible!

TOP ARCHERY IS NOT TOP AT ALL! Do not buy from them, they lie about their products, they lie about their location, they ignore requests for a return address. Totally disreputable company that claims three to five day deliveries from Staffordshire when actually they are sending items from China and goods take weeks to arrive. Their “wooden” hunting bow is actually a painted finish to look like a laminated wooden bow but it’s not a laminate at all !! Avoid buying from them they will say anything to get your money and ignore you if you respectfully request a return for refund they simply ignore emails. Disgraceful behaviour by a company that is very deceitful.

Some of it is my own stupidity for not researching the arrows before buying them, but came in looking for victory rip tko arrows a lady behind the desk said they had no more but showed me the Easton axis spt arrows, I was little on the edge about it because I just had sighted my bow in with the tkos and didn’t want to have to re sight and that they were a very good arrow. So being the new archer that I am I got them. My first shot that arrow shrank a good inch from its original size. I never seen carbon crumple like this. I did sone research these arrows are for smaller poundage bows and shorter shooters. I do not recommend these for bows over 50 pounds, I also think she needs to do some homework on what arrows are mentioned for what before selling them.
