Broken and faulty monitor. Customer service emailed back straight away asking for video evidence that I sent the same day. I’ve emailed around 20 times since and haven’t received a response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not use this useless company. Since the TELUS takeover, customer service has gone done hill and they have no idea what they are doing or what they are taking about when it comes to procedures, and they are extremely slow to process refunds, making you wait 3 weeks or more, but they are very quick to take your hard-earned money, when your bill is due. Start has very long wait times when calling in, and they don't provide 24/7 support anymore.

Worst customer service. Don’t count on their delivery service. I bought a TV delivery took almost two weeks. I had to call the store every day I was given all kinds of run around. Never anyone from the store call to follow up on my purchase delivery. Don’t buy anything from Vision electronics. You are dealing with pathological liars. This is Peter. Bought a 100 Inch Hisense TV from Hamilton store December 14, 2024.

I bought the PELTDV1029_COMBO . Which is a tablet and DVD player. It has never updated one time. The website does not work. I called in many times. They Called me back one time . Told me to turn it off and turn back on. Did not change anything. Horrible customer service . Never buy anything from this company again.

I have been a customer for about 15 years too (as written in one of the reviews). But since 2022 the service has degraded. The worst technical support. Ignoring emails. They do not answer emails or answer more than a week later and not on the questions asked. Completely inadequate. I am not from the US or EU, maybe that is why they allow themselves to do this. For over a year I couldn't use my account normally. In 2024 I was able to log into my account only twice in March and September, the rest of the time access was blocked. Since October 2024, they have completely blocked my account (with the money that I transferred to the account balance) without explaining the reasons. When I ask, they ignore my questions as if there are no questions! After I sent a complaint to ICANN, they removed the lock status from my domains. But I can't make a tranfer to another Registrar. There's some kind of problem here. I need to change DNS, but again it is impossible - they ignore my requests! Note, that they exist under different brands (centralnic, teaminternet, etc). Avoid them, do not transfer large amounts of money to your account balance if you are already using their services. If you are not from the US or EU, there is a high risk that you will lose money and domains. If you are a customer of hexonet or their new centralnic brand, I strongly recommend that you immediately spend money on the balance of your account and transfer your domains to another registrar!

I have had this service for many years now. It's been an excellent service. With minimal issues. Any issues have been resolved in a timely manner Best bang for the buck
