I rented a car with Budget Avis at Aberdeen airport on 27th December 2024 for 3 days. We returned car in perfect condition and as of today 27th January we have not received a refund of our deposit. We also phoned last week about it. This is disgraceful & just want to alert other customers to this deplorable service. Thomas Ludecke

Horrible experience. There’s no car stand at the Manila International Airport. You need a ride to Avis office. Traffic is brutal. Same scenario when you return the car. They don’t seem to care one way or another. I’m still waiting for my deposit back, it’s been over 2 weeks now.

Unintentionally returned car late by 1 hr on a weekend due to traffic that day and because return was processed through the app, no actual person can assist you. They charged me an extra day for this be because of that time stamp in the app, and despite explaining what happened to multiple reps or to the branch manager over the phone, they still wouldn’t stop calling you back, pretending they will look into it. Then another agent will call you months later about that hidden fee after thinking everything was sorted out. Their tactic almost equals to harassment. No other rental car company does this

Booked a Nissan Juke automatic for collection at Newcastle Airport on arrival given a small VW nasty thing Tiga I think it was called. They give you a warm welcome then charge you an extra £35 for insurance to supposedly reduce the excess from £2k why is this not on the web when booking Choose Avis or Budget having driven the car for 2 days do not except a VW Tiga

We took advantage of the winter season pass and so far it’s been awesome! The vans are clean, comfortable and reliable and the customer service has been excellent.
