Planethoster can BLOCK your account for no reason, when you reach out they say ; we don't know whats happening, its not Planethoster who blocked your account (like its someone else job) BUT you should send us your ID so we can unlock your account. me asking them : ok if its not you, I can just reset my password and log in ? Them : (No clear response, and apearently I can not reset my password) if you want access to your account send us your ID !! I'm with planethoster since years, as you know its difficult to move from hosting to another, but its a necessity now.

Avoid ServerMania at all costs. They consistently install hardware on servers without any approval or notification to the server owners. This isn’t a one-off issue – it’s a standard practice for them, which is utterly unacceptable. These unauthorized installations create massive security vulnerabilities, leaving servers wide open to attacks. In our case, we were hacked three times, with hackers completely wiping out our data. The level of carelessness here is beyond comprehension. On top of that, ServerMania has excessively frequent “maintenance” periods, far more than any other server provider we’ve ever worked with. This results in frequent, unpredictable downtimes, wreaking havoc on our operations. Their support is just as bad – dismissive, generic, and utterly unhelpful. Instead of addressing your concerns, they seem more focused on closing your ticket and moving on. No real solutions, no accountability. And to make matters worse, the moment they get a negative review from an actual customer, they flood their Trustpilot page with fake positive reviews. This manipulative tactic is clearly meant to bury legitimate complaints so others won’t see the truth. If you’re considering ServerMania, think again. The stress and anxiety they’ll cause you from constant issues, security breaches, and lack of support simply aren’t worth it. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

It's a complete scam company. Product is nothing as advertised as the one on their website. Very very cheap stuff from China. They are not offering full refund. I'll make all my complaints about them. Don't buy anything from Ancien. Be careful!

Scam! Paid 50 cent's for one file conversion and they charged 40 euro. The customer service is also a scam. Trying to get my password reset is also a challenge as they keep sending a blank email.

At this point I've had no service and no response for well over two weeks. This "company" should take down it's website if they're not actually providing a service.
