I ordered a few samples from Blinds.ca a few weeks ago. After a week and a half I got an email telling me I should have my samples which I had Not. I contacted their customer service and a well spoken lady told me she would expedite the samples to get to me. Well still have not even received the samples although I was ready to order from Blinds.ca Update - eventually got my samples and saved money by ordering from Blinds.ca

Mis-sold wooden shutters. Told by salesman that can cancel order up until installer attends to undertake the initial survey. When installer attended he advised we could not have the blinds fit as agreed in sales and would need some alterations that I was not happy with. I decided not to proceed. When I called to cancel the order, stating that I had changed my mind, I was told that I had signed paperwork stating there was a 2 day cancellation period. I had not signed or been given sight of any such paperwork by sales person, who had signed on my behalf for the order. I was then told that the 14 day cooling off period for sales in the home is not applicable to custom made products. I advised that I had audio recorded the interaction with the salesperson, where he repeatedly and clearly informs me that I can cancel anytime up until the installers initial surveyor site visit. I stated that I had been mis-sold the product and therefore would proceed to legal redress should the order not be cancelled. The call handler then spoke to his manager and advised me that the order would be cancelled. Untrustworthy company that tried it on - recommend to any potential customer that you also audio record your consultation with sales representative, so you don't get hoodwinked.

I have used a well known rival for my traditional window cleaning equipment for a number of years. The quality of the tools (especially consumable items) from the rival had really started to drop, so at that point last year I thought I'd give Ettore a try, and I haven't been disappointed. Super quality tools - squeegees, applicators, sleeves, soap solution etc are absolutely superb and really long lasting. I only wish I'd changed to Ettore sooner.

They have an amazing customer support. I did a mistake when I have placed the order so the blind didn’t had the right size for my window. They were amazing, and they redo my blind without any charge, excepting the shipping charge, which I was glad to pay. The blind itself it’s also, very good quality and it looks amazing after installed. The installation is very easy to be done. The price was the best from all the blinds producers from Canada. My next blinds order will be definitely with them.

Customer service is a joke if you have a problem you are screwed. Ordered aug 14 now it's sept 21 lost shipment after many delivery promise's still no blinds i canceled my order and have not received a e=mail confirmation after my cancelation found a better company for $100 less. Thank you for the screw up saved $100

On June 5, we sat down with sales representative Diana Price who helped us select flooring for our kitchen and bathroom. After that, estimator Aaron McCuaig came to our home to take measurements. From Aug 3-6, awesome installer Jeremy Hockin came and did the job. Diana followed up with a phone call to see if we're happy......we are! For us, the process was smooth and the result fantastic! Amazing view opens up through my new clear energy efficient windows. It's colder now so I can feel the protectiveness and durability of these windows! No terrible draft or noise interruption anymore!! Baby room became extremely cosy! Front single door looks very modern, solid materials. Installers were professional, I've got very practical tips on the windows and door maintenance. I appreciate the job Vinyl Light performed for my house! Highly recommend the company!
