I was pleased that the new ropes i ordered were shipped in a timely manner. They were delivered in just a few days. However, I ordered traditional ropes and instead got the retractable kind. Which meant I had to cut them to size and burn the ends to stop them from fraying. Not a huge deal, just irritating because of the time it took. Not a job I could delegate to an employee. Plus I burnt my finger! booo

I am leaving this review as a last ditch effort to get someone to reply to me about an unauthorized charge. I have emailed several times requesting a refund for a renewal I did not authorize. I specifically canceled the automatic renewal, yet I was charged on March 7th for a subscription renewal for $59.00. No one has replied to any of my inquiries to rectify the situation. I am really not in any financial position to lose $59.00 for something I will no longer use. It's just very disappointing that this type of organization would leave all of my inquiries unanswered. I expected more from an institution that builds its clientele on the philosophy of mindfulness and well-being.

My daughter uses the sleep meditation for kids card. It’s so easy to use - one you tap on your phone it’s basically there. The woman doing the reading has the most relaxing voice and with the waves in the background it really calms her before bed. A great product!

I am extremely disappointed with the response I received from YogaTribe NZ. Not only did the email lack basic courtesy like a simple "hello," but it also felt dismissive and condescending. The tone and content of the email clearly showed a lack of respect for my concerns as a customer. This experience has significantly tarnished my view of the company. I had expected a more professional and empathetic response, but instead, I felt belittled and ignored. Moving forward, I will be hesitant to make any future purchases from YogaTribe NZ and will certainly not recommend them to others. Email below from yogatribe NZ: "We got your bad review , we would love to let you know that we haven’t got your “pocket perfume “ back so we are still waiting for you to be able to sort this situation for you. We have received your pocket perfume this morning and its definitely nothing wrong with it. As you did , we also asked to our colleagues and everyone here has agreed that is “ absolutely” nothing wrong with it. In the future , I suggest that before buying something online , you previously prepared yourself to the fact that you might not like it. Aromatherapy is natural smells based on Pure Organic essential oils: Roman Chamomile, Lavender, Yiang Yiang, Patchouli plus fractioned coconut oil. The information of the product you purchase is 100% accurate. And the level of your reaction based only on your previous expectations shows nothing but the disaligement on our values. Only because we didn’t “ call you on the phone “ as you were expecting us to do while we were clearly trying to help you all alone… Your money will be deposit back to the card you use for your purchase, minus the shipping .

My session with Ipek was beautiful! Her smile and kind words immediately put me at ease. I felt so comfortable sharing and being completely open with her. She listens intently, then smiles warmly before responding. I really felt heard and understood by her. I appreciated the things that she shared especially her experiences with her own growth, I felt both admiration and inspiration. She also gave me helpful tools, books and links to use as resources and to guide me forward By the end of our session, I felt like I had just spent time with a supportive encouraging friend; as well as mentored and coached by a professional, and compassionate teacher. I'm grateful to have a new sense of direction, ways I can get started right away, some goals to keep going and a plan to follow up regularly. I feel excited, hopeful and empowered like I can truly do this. Because she sees me and believes in me, I started to believe too. Now I know that I've got this!! Ipek is a gift and I'm sincerely glad that I was drawn to her and that she offered her services.

TPC auto-renewed my subscription without my knowledge (supposedly I'd opted in to auto-renew when I signed up *a year ago*). I caught it within less than 24 hours and requested a full refund, which customer service declined. The tone of their initial email to me was unempathetic and abrasive. Eventually, they came around and were more amicable in their tone and refunded me, but only 50%. I highly suggest TPC either hire a quality copywriter to craft their emails to customers, or coach their customer service team to deliver a better experience that is competitive with similar brands. It's 2024: Words matter, customer empathy should be a top priority, and you shouldn't need to "trick" customers into auto-renewing in order for them to use your service. Not impressed with this brand, unfortunately.

Alexandra is my go-to Pilates instructor because she’s an expert with infectious enthusiasm. I absolutely love her Pilates classes, both the private and group sessions. She immediately makes you feel comfortable and creates a safe, judgment-free space where you learn to get back in touch with your body and to get strong. Alexandra is so professional and attentive to your specific needs. She tunes in to how you and your body are feeling and will adapt exercises if you’ve got an injury or if it’s your time of the month. At the same time, she’ll push me to do challenging exercises when she knows I can go harder. Alexandra is the number one cheerleader for all her clients. Her encouragement always puts a smile on my face. I leave our sessions feeling lighter and more energized, helping with my productivity and work-life balance. The Kasina was recommended to me by my Functional Medicine clinician. I was struggling with meditation. Mind was too busy and wandered. The Kasina has helped me focus and relax. I would strongly recommend it. After 9 months I had a short in the cord of the Ganza glasses. Mindplace promptly sent me a new one under warranty. The service was fantastic.
