EXTREMELY bad experience
EXTREMELY bad service!
I chose my order to be delivered to ICA near me but when I went there to pick it up, they tell me that the receiver of the package is ICA, not ME. They literally told me that this now means that ICA basically owns my package and that's why they cannot give it to me! How can a mistake like this even happen?
ICA advised me to call postnord to change the details in the system so that the correct receiver is me and not ICA. I called postnord but the answer I get is that only Adidas is able to change the order details.
When I called Adidas they tell me that they are not able to change the details anymore! So now I have to wait that ICA returns my package to Adidas and I would have to make a completely new order to get the shoes I ordered.
So in conclusion, my package is waiting in the ICA close to me and it would literally take me 5 minutes to get it, but because of this error, I will have to wait for weeks more to get the shoes I ordered? Also, I don't think I will want to go the extra step to support Adidas by making another order because clearly they are not able to take the extra step for their customer!
Moreover, seems like I am not the only one with this issue. Would think that an international company like Adidas would have their systems in place...
