DÃ¥ligt kundservice

I shopped at adidas.se three times and the delivery was quite okay. But the last time I bought an Arsenal shirt, they didn't deliver it, I waited some days to see if anything changes, but as things didn't change, I contacted kundservice. It was a terrible chat experience, I canceled my purchase, and didn't get any compensation or even good answer. They didn't even bother to help. I had never experienced this before. Wow!

Painful flaws with checkout, communication, and delivery

Adidas might have tried hard to create a good online shopping experience. But despite their efforts, they have unfortunately gotten it wrong with their Checkout. It's a confusing mess, not really connected to confirmations, communications and deliveries. Two times I've tried to buy stuff from adidas. First time I chose Apple Pay and standard delivery. My stuff was returned because I was never notified of the delivery. Second time I paid with Klarna, and adidas did not even register my order and send me confirmations. When I called adidas support they could not find my order despite me giving them the Klarna's adidas-order reference. Both Klarna and Apple Pay are two of my most beloved payment methods. They always work, except in this case.

EXTREMELY bad experience

EXTREMELY bad service!

I chose my order to be delivered to ICA near me but when I went there to pick it up, they tell me that the receiver of the package is ICA, not ME. They literally told me that this now means that ICA basically owns my package and that's why they cannot give it to me! How can a mistake like this even happen?

ICA advised me to call postnord to change the details in the system so that the correct receiver is me and not ICA. I called postnord but the answer I get is that only Adidas is able to change the order details.

When I called Adidas they tell me that they are not able to change the details anymore! So now I have to wait that ICA returns my package to Adidas and I would have to make a completely new order to get the shoes I ordered.

So in conclusion, my package is waiting in the ICA close to me and it would literally take me 5 minutes to get it, but because of this error, I will have to wait for weeks more to get the shoes I ordered? Also, I don't think I will want to go the extra step to support Adidas by making another order because clearly they are not able to take the extra step for their customer!

Moreover, seems like I am not the only one with this issue. Would think that an international company like Adidas would have their systems in place...
