I enjoy the fact that the customer representative got back to me the same day I opened an account to guide me through some steps I had challenges with. And also the transfer process is smooth and secured as well. Keep up the good work.

The transfer amount ($500) to the account is too high. It would be better if there were no minimum limit, like with other operators. This way, we could transfer smaller amounts, such as $50 or $100, from our bank account to @fric Remit.

We are sorry you feel the full amount had fees. We offer multiple methods to send funds. The deposit in Mobile Wallets (Orange/Wave) are the most common however, @fric Remit deposits the exact amount in your recipient wallets. Sometimes there are fees from the Mobile Wallet operators to withdraw the cash. We have the option for you to include the withdrawal fees since some people are not aware of this. We also have an option for a Cash Withdrawal at some partner locations in Ivory Coast.

The rates of forex are not always stable. It varies every minute and our rates are no different. We have an option however when you reload your @fric Remit balance to convert it into the currency you will be sending to lock in the rate at that moment. This will enable you to lock in rates when they are high and use them when convenient.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry the different methods of funding were not made clear. You have multiple ways of funding your account.

1.) You can send us an Interac e-transfer of any amount directly from your bank app. The details are in the app.

2.) You can request from the app to initiate an e-transfer request (which you used). This step has a minimum of C$500.00. When you send an Interac e-transfer request from the app to reload your account, we have limits in place due to the cost of technology behind the request. Hence we have set a limit in place to make sure those processing through this method have a need for a higher amount.
