We had order wicker basket with a very ambitious schedule. I started tracking my order. But when I did not se any progress, I sent them an email asking for update. Almac called nme right back and provide me reason for delay was Canadian holiday. They made s commitment and kept it. Order was delivered in time. Thanks Almac.
I missed the space to click for direct Fedex delivery and instead my goods were shipped directly to Almac in Quebec. I emailed them and within no time Almac had arranged to have Fedex pick up from them and ship to me in BC - all before the fundraiser we held where we needed our new bread baskets. Thanks much!

Fedex confirms delivery to your address on April 24 at 1.19 p.m. Nevertheless, as a sign of good faith, we will reimburse you $20.71 for the 1 basket and associated shipping charge.

Quick delivery. Quality baskets. My only complaint was that many (20) baskets were very low in stock. I would have liked the largest basket of this style but it was out of stock. Otherwise these are heavey duty and will last a while .
