It had been a couple years since I had bought my stools. They were never opened since I was waiting for my dining room to be redone. Finally it happened, but when I opened one box I was sent 2 bottoms. No questions asked. They sent me a whole new bottom. I was so happy to finally have my dining room completed!
Quality product, excellent service. I bought these chairs 12 years ago. Currently needed more. They found my original order and made me another set and delivered them on time.
Quality of chairs and table very strong. comfortable and durable. Packaging very good too. Worth the money.
Ordered 4 vinyl bar stools, counter height, in the color Floridian red, which actually when they got here is more of a red, which is what I wanted. They look absolutely beautiful in my space, and I get wonderful comments on them! I sat for the first time on them today to have a meal, and they were more comfortable than my dining room chairs!!

I ordered a custom checkerboard table. It not only came late, but had lots of scratches, scuffs on the edge of the tabletop, black stains on the tabletop, and has black fingerprints that cannot be washed off on the underside of the table. I expressed to the company that I wanted my money back and did not want a new table because I waited months to receive this one and I cannot wait any longer as the holidays are coming up. I also explained that the delivery is hard for me as a single woman as I have to arrange for people to help me carry it upstairs to my apartment, so it would be too much of a hassle to get a replacement. The delivery company was very rude and unprofessional, giving me an incorrect delivery date for which I took the whole day off and arranged for people to help me all for nothing. I had to call them several times to make a new date and they spoke in a condescending manner and were dismissive of the inconvenience they had caused me. I paid over $1500 for this table and was so excited to get it, just for it to be a huge disappointment. I do not appreciate my request for a refund being ignored, as I said I would gladly return the table. I thought this would be the table I had always dreamed of getting, but it definitely did not meet my expectations, especially for how expensive it was.

After ordering and receiving 4 counter height chairs, they were not going to fit my kitchen table as hoped. American Chairs followed up with me in a timely manner and offered to allow me to return the chairs if I was not completely satisfied. This was a huge relief and I am most appreciative!
