It had been a couple years since I had bought my stools. They were never opened since I was waiting for my dining room to be redone. Finally it happened, but when I opened one box I was sent 2 bottoms. No questions asked. They sent me a whole new bottom. I was so happy to finally have my dining room completed!
Quality product, excellent service. I bought these chairs 12 years ago. Currently needed more. They found my original order and made me another set and delivered them on time.
Quality of chairs and table very strong. comfortable and durable. Packaging very good too. Worth the money.
Ordered 4 vinyl bar stools, counter height, in the color Floridian red, which actually when they got here is more of a red, which is what I wanted. They look absolutely beautiful in my space, and I get wonderful comments on them! I sat for the first time on them today to have a meal, and they were more comfortable than my dining room chairs!!

My order was sent back by courier as not able to deliver. A serious error as my address has not changed in years. American Chairs found my table and chairs. They ensured the order was delivered to proper address. With two countries involved no easy task.

We recently unpacked our 3 new chairs. We love them. One of the boxes were damaged and slightly bent a leg. I was able to straighten and level it. We are glad we ordered the chairs with the back rest.

The chairs are a very good quality. They are built well. There are so many options of styles and colors, which is nice. We had 3 fabric samples sent to us so we could decide on the color. We chose Blue Mist, a beautiful soft blue. The chairs look so nice at our kitchen table.
We are glad we found this company. The people there were easy to deal with. Answered our questions and were so helpful.

The Hawkins House
I just bought a house that is 102 years old and I am trying to restore it as vintage as I can. The floor in the kitchen is made of a black and white square vinyl, so I wanted to get vintage chairs to coordinate. All the chairs I found needed a lot of work to restore so I went to the next best thing-American Chairs. The chairs are very comfortable and match the decor in the kitchen. Everyone who visits loves these chairs. I love them too!!

Stool is NOT flimsy. It is sturdy and I dont have the feeling that the stool is about to collapse with me. Love my new stool.

I purchased the bar stool chairs with a seat back. The quality is good, but the design is poor. The seat back is too far forward so it tends to push you off the chair, and there is no adjustment. My plan is to disassemble the seat back and modify it in a manner that will make it comfortable to sit in.... because as delivered, the chairs are not comfortable at all.
