So happy with my new kitchen chairs! I had a reto table about 80 years old and they look amazing with it. Customer service was excellent, the chairs are sturdy and well made. I highly recommend American Chair Co.

I am very pleased with my purchase. It was delivered within two weeks of me placing my order. The stool looks wonderful and is a very good quality item. I reached out to the company in between my order placement and receiving my order and they respond immediately and were very nice!
The personal service was excellent! We love of chairs, they are top quality, and our special requests were met with a no problem kind of attitude. I would definitely recommend American Chairs, it's money well spent!
The cushions came fine in good condition, but I was disappointed at the amount of shipping cost. I felt it was too much for the weight and size of the box, as it was only 2 cushions.
I am happy to pay for the special craftsmanship and the care, but the shipping was a concern. Upon review, I was credited a portion of the shipping cost. They quickly looked at my situation, and refunded me immediately. That is good customer service!
One final note, if you are buying replacement parts, there should be some instructions that come along or a link to a how to. If you are buying these years later to replace, then you’re going to forget how to put them on.
Overall, I would look to this company first before I went anywhere else. They have always been quick to reply and very professional and personable.

Like the chairs. I mixed up the colors. They sit comfortably. Shipper packaged them great for shipping.
The only issue I have is one of the chairs is starting to have rust spots not the legs and around the area just u deftness seat cushion. I do t u derstand it. They’re used inside only.

I love my chairs, they are pink with a silver glitter inset and are just wonderful. . This is the second set of 2 chairs I've bought. I love the classic diner look. I especially like that they send me color samples so I can consider them over time and carry them around my living space and see how the different colors look in different rooms and in different lighting and in different color combinations. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love the chairs, BUT I should've gotten color samples before I ordered. I ordered the Cinnabar, thinking it would be a nice, bright red (based on my computer screen). It's actually an orange red; not at all what I intended. Learned my lesson and ordered some swatches for when I reorder the chairs. The swatches arrived very quickly and I had a nice selection from which to choose my reorder.
I ordered the pub height chairs with the single ring, and they're perfect. Even my 87-year-old mother can get onto the chair with no problems. They're quite sturdy, swivel easily and the retro look is amazing with my very modern, minimalist table. Assembly, if that's what you can call screwing the legs on the seat base, was quick and easy. Looking forward to when I can reorder the right color.

The order process was easy and the person I spoke with was very helpful. I wish I had been able to customize my order a little bit more. The size of my table is just a little bit bigger than I really wanted, but it works okay. I am not completely happy with the table finish. It shows every finger print, marks from water glasses, etc. It also looks like it is scratched, but it is not. Had I ordered anything other than glossy white, I probably would not have these problems.

The chairs are of wonderful quality & arrived in perfect condition... however, I called The 800 number one time to ask a couple of questions and the guy that answered was short with me and a little bit rude. However, I guess if you’re selling a good product, professionalism is not a priority. Also, be wary about using a discount code bc suddenly your cost increases thru shipping charges... better to not use the code. I would do business again with this company... love my stools! I bought 4... over $1,000

We are very pleased with the quality of the booth, table and chairs we received and our friends and family compliment us on how great they look. Brad was excellent to work with and replied to all correspondence promptly.
