What the hell is this about! Hyped AI but try using it for more than a minute and you have over used this piece of garbage! Is it better than ChatGPT or Gemini, I don't know as I run out of usage before i can find our, WTF Anthropic you greedy so and so,s!
Obviously an incredibly greedy company that piuts profits over customers satisfaction, I've paid £18($25) for a couple of hours of use today, cheats or what?? How do they expect users to wait hours to use again!!??

I can’t believe I paid $20 for this garbage service. Claude.ai is an absolute scam! I was trying to get work done, but all I get is “Message limit reached for Claude 3.5 Haiku until 9 AM.” Excuse me?! What’s the point of paying if I’m just going to be blocked from using the tool when I actually need it? This is outrageous, unprofessional, and completely useless.
Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your money on a service that doesn’t deliver what it promises. Absolutely trash!

This company needs to be criticized from top to bottom, Anthropic deserves nothing else. It is simply a catastrophic, wrongly run business, which you can tell from the fact that the company itself cannot tolerate criticism and bans anyone who criticizes it, and also there is a spontaneously limited in their "AI", depending on what Anthropic wants. This has nothing to do with servers and costs, it is purely their will. I think it is something like pretty bad to endorse this lying company, just like OpenAI and Google, Anthropic is in line with them and, just like them, has too much money and watches more and more money rolling in. Just disgusting, such behavior, really disgusting. And if this review is removed, exactly the same applies to the company behind Trustpilot.

It's horrible because I asked so many different times. It wouldn't and couldn't do a simple task like colouring a screen gold, and I don't have many questions to ask anyway, but still, the fact that It wouldn't just make a screen gold and me asking it at least 10 times is wild!

Reached out to them over a dozen times over the course of the last month to increase API rate limits and no one has responded severely limiting out work

This is a scam. They don't have sufficient bandwidth and/or computing power to serve their customers. Instead of not taking on customers, they do everything possible to slow your usage.
When asking it to analyze documents, it only analyzes a small number of pages, even though the window is supposed to be able to hold and analyze hundreds of pages.
When analyzing, it only analyzes a small portion and then asks you if that style is fine for the whole doc. It does this over and over again, until you've used up all your queries for the day.
I signed up for the professional version because I thought that it would give me sufficient usage, but they've figured out these ways not to supply much.
Asked them to refund my subscription as soon as I started using it and saw what they were doing (a few hours in). No one replied. The onsite bot told me a human would reply but didn't. Just cancelled.
Revised my review from one star to three stars. They did refund my money. Everything else stands.

Good AI, but inexistent support, with no response to multiple inquiries. One more to the list of companies who think it's OK to charge money but offer no support when you need them.

Anthropic's Claude is an excellent AI. But to sign up for the Pro Plan you go to an app called Link, not Anthropic. And if you want to stop the Pro subscription you go to Link, not Anthropic. Link say you should email Anthropic. Naturally you get a bot. Anthropic tells you to delete your account. But you can't do that before you have stopped your Pro plan......etc etc. In the end I deleted my Link account and used the Anthropic bot to tell them that I wanted to go back to the free version and that I couldn't delete my account until that had happened. They will email me in a few days (they say). All a bit dodgy. Or at the very least, clunky.

Claude is... extremely censored. It actually lectures the user.
This doesn't sit well with me, because of how powerful AI is slated to become.

Hi there, I just wanna say how amazed I am with Claude, it's a great AI and has given me more logical, funny and genuine helpful responses than ChatGPT, for example if I ask what would happen if I cut the rope holding a hot air balloon it won't assume it's something I would do and put the shame on me like ChatGPT, and it's creative, sometimes on kind of specific creative requests ChatGPT repeats itself over and over even if I explicitly ask him to stop while Claude has endless responses or solutions, it's very logical and most important kind, you did a very good job and I'm happy to have AIs like Claude, I hope you guys go huge 'cause you deserve it, if it really is a team of around 10 people like I read in LinkedIn you guys should be geniuses, not only that but helping the world is amazing, God bless you all! 🤗
