Great experience

Bought 2 x 100ah batteries. Delivered promptly. Have used in my camper van for the past 12 months and they have been absolutely fantastic. The company does not appear to be selling in the UK anymore which is a shame because their prices and product were favourable.

Missing cables, poor support

The review on Amazon specifically said it would include cables, but arrived without cables.
AOLithium said the advert didn't say it came with cables (which is wrong - I took a screenshot), and I would have to buy them for £100 extra.

I complained that that wasn't fair, and I would return it, upon which they said I would have to pay for return transport and charge me a 20% restocking fee.

I complained to Amazon, and they said they wouldn't do anything either except supposedly give me a refund for the device (plus postage... in theory), once I had returned it.

As it was hard to find a courier to return the device (the original courier doesn't deal with individuals), I gave up and kept it.

If this is how they treat they new customers, I dread to think how they will behave when something is actually wrong with the device.

Worst company ever for shipping

Ordered 1 rack battery with cables when the batteries were on sale for 1,299.00 with free shipping and AOLithium is now refusing to ship the batteries because of the cost. They asked me to order another 2 rack batteries and they would ship it free. I would not trust this company for shipping out your batteries. They are trying to make me pay the shipping or they are threatening to cancel my order. This is the worst company to deal with. If they would have just shipped out my battery i would not have written this review.

Placed an order for batteries

Placed an order for batteries. Waited almost 2 months and still no delivery after countless promises to ship them. Finally received tracking numbers two weeks ago and still not picked up by courier. Cancelled my order and requested a refund. This company is nothing but a scam. Would never recommend anyone to deal with this BS. Got a dispute filed with my credit card company now to try and get back my money.

4-5 week delay..so far : updated review

Ordered 100Ah via uk website on 25th May....Contacted the customer support after 2 weeks to enquire why I'd not received my order, "upgrade to warehouse" quoted as reason for delay, expecting to fulfill order in 2 weeks...end of June no delivery website quoting no stock till 6th July. Its Now 7th July, website stating no stock till 6th July, order still not received. From a stated 5 working days delivery to 6 weeks...not sure I'll ever see the battery....but I will amend the review IF they actually deliver..
Update : 08/07 batteries at warehouse, to be dispatched ASAP.. lets see....
Update, battery arrived, very lightweight 30% Charge. Fitted to MoHo, solar charger, B2B, and EHU soon brought it to 100% has been performing well, even when pushing it to the limits, manages to push out 1350W for over 5 minutes, (104A), impressed. Hopefully the delivery issue has been sorted...

So I ordered 2x100amp from there UK…

So I ordered 2x100amp from there UK online shop? Says 2 days to fulfill order and 3 day shipping, after 2 weeks nothing, so got in touch, can only email as the office hours are overnight, meaning it's in China, sorry it's the uk warehouse upgrade will take 2 weeks, but no mention of what 2 weeks as every time I email it's another 2 weeks,
Think I'm going to get a refund and go elsewhere,
So 2 months later no batteries Ali express could have shipped by now, ☹️ steer clear guys

customer service sucks!!

i'm dealing with a person online only? (WHY )

i have given my number several times, without
any phone calls. i have 3 100a batteries for a trolling motor. one had stopped charging and is no longer on my Aolithium app?. after lots of emails and pic's sent, the battery (sitting unplugged without charging)
just started working after a week!! the Bluetooth app still not picking up this battery, that was bad. they keep saying they gave the info to the engineer! after a week of back and forth, all i get is i can buy a new one w/3% off code (FLASH3)
W.T.F.... the batteries are not 6 moths old and i can't trust the other two wont fail also, but i should buy a new one with 3% off?? does that make any sense to you. i have a 125a Iconic battery that's been on my boat for 3 years, on the same charger and iv'e NEVER had one problem!

i will give it a few more days and hope someone with common sense calls or emails me with what i need to do to resolve this huge problem.

note - i was VERY happy with the batteries and how
they worked so far, but this is the WORST service i have ever had.

Ordered 4 12v 100ah batteries via uk website 40% black friday sale. Customer service was very responsive but tracking numbers were confusing, company u-del handles logistics trackable via 17 track website. Delivery occured in a timley manner via royal mail though, drop shipping? But im very happy. They are bluetooth so i verified delivery took plce from the app before ever reaching the door. 100%legit

Canada

Canada: 100 / 48V battery. Was just about to buy the Ruixu and then found ao.lithium site "40% off black Friday" A little less money and it said "in stock" --thought I did my due diligence and ordered. Of course it's too good to be true. All I have now is a fake tracking number (or at least tracking not associated with any service in North America) So far looks like a bait and switch scam on timing of shipment. Hopefully the only scam part is the long wait for the battery. Save yourself the hassle unless you're good to wait a long time.. (assuming the order shows up) I'll give it 2 more weeks and then fraud / charge back time. (It's either a bait and switch or complete scam) **UPDATE Dec 19**: Battery arrived, it was really well packaged and it's actually really nice!! I did a charge back thinking it was a scam, and then it finally shows up. These guys just need to be truthful about shipping times and provide proper tracking. I will be reversing the charge back for sure, as the battery is EXCELLENT!

I ordered the 12V LFP battery and paid…

I ordered the 12V LFP battery and paid with my credit card. I have sent a total of FIVE emails to their "customer support" email and have tried to phone the US office in Tennessee. NO responses to my emails, and it appears that the US phone number is "not available at this time, please try again".
I can only assume now that I have been scammed, and am trying to have my credit card company help me. DO NOT DEAL with this company, the battery has good reviews, but at the very least, the Canadian company is just a scam!

Brutal support, still no refund...

Purchased 48v 100Ah server battery, said in stock online with estimated 1-2 week delivery.
After transaction, I contact them to ensure I would receive by critical date of 3 weeks after.

Only way to contact is via websites chat, which is responded by someone in china... only replying in the middle of the night in canada...

They informed me that it would be a month before back in stock, i said to cancel order due to timeline. They said they would and would refund...
I didnt look into it further thinking all was good...
3 1/2 weeks later i get a shipment notification from the company saying my package is on the way... with a tracking number that wasnt valid.. contacted them again, they said that i would have to wait for shipment to arrive, and just reject it, and i would then immediately be refunded.. after 5 weeks from original purchase date, product arrived, i rejected, and got proper tracking # from shipper. Sent AO Lithium message informing i had rejected as requested and to refund me... they now said that the delivery had to return to them so they can inspect it prior to refunding me!!!!!

Save yourself some trouble and go with a different supplier!!!!
