The best dog tracker I have found.

As I have been trying to find a good dog tracking system for the last +/-5 years and during that period, I have tried 2 different subscription-based dog tracker systems before trying the Aorkuler Tracker Pro system a couple of years ago. As for the 2 different subscription-based systems that rely on cellular service, I found them to be to slow and unreliable to have any confidence that in a pinch, I would be able to effectively track my dog if we became separated. Then I tried the Aorkuler Tracker Pro which was an improvement over the cellular-based system, but need some improvements to fully indorse the product. As Aorkuler has now come out with a new version of their tracking system being the Aorkuler 2 system, I am finally in a place to recommend this tracking system with full confidence that the system can quickly tell you in which direction you dog has gone and approximately how far he is from you. This tracker comes with a 30 day return policy and excellent technical support to help you decide whether or not it is right for you. I say, Go For It:)

Game Changer

Living on 60 acres surrounded by dense woods and farmland is an ideal setting for dogs, but also for wildlife like deer and coyotes. With a puppy added to the mix, it quickly became clear we needed a GPS tracker.

My wife and I, both in our 60s, just aren’t able to chase down a dog in pursuit of wildlife like we used to. While we rely on a stim collar for recall, it’s not always effective, especially if the dog is ignoring it or the collar shifts.

Last week, our 50-pound puppy bolted into the woods, and we quickly lost sight of him. After 30 minutes, during which it began to rain and snow, he finally responded to my calls. That’s when I knew I needed a GPS tracker. After researching, we decided on the Aorkuler Tracker 2. It has been a game changer. No fees, quick charging, and so easy to set up and use.

Even in the thickest woods, I always have a good sense of where the dog is and how far away. Sometimes it takes a minute or two for the tracker and controller to sync with the satellites, but it works reliably and is very user-friendly.

I feel completely confident now that I won’t lose track of Bud. For the price, it’s definitely worth it.

Best tracker for outdoor enthusiasts hands down!

Attention Campers/Overlanders/Nature Lovers and Explorers with canine companions, this Aorkuler Tracker is the best buy you can make to keep your dog safe and give you peace of mind while exploring off grid! The new Tracker 2 is a game changer for anyone with a dog who likes to go off grid but doesn't want to break the bank. It is incredibly easy to use, for instance, if you are camping off grid and at night in the dark your dog has ventured roughly a km away, the tracker will point you in the direction of your dog, giving you the distance away from your dog and once you in close range the controller will read nearby, at that point the tracker has multiple ways of locating your dog once within ear/eyeshot with lights and sounds equipped on the tracker so in the dark you can find them easily, for scared dogs (or cats) who are hiding in bush etc it can be a lifesaver. The information is communicated in real time, no lag at all, this is hugely beneficial (and a very important valuable feature) as it allows you to keep up on your dog's movements while they are on the move, as even a small lag in time can mean you are constantly playing catch up on your dogs location which is what many other trackers and tags do, they only "check in" every few minutes, which is unhelpful when your missing dog is on the move, and they are always on the move! Please, take my advice, don't waste your money on other systems, this one is all you need, it works literally everywhere a GPS does, is in real time, affordable and the customer service is out of this world! I have had many interactions with the designers and owners asking them questions and they have been absolutely stellar to deal with! I am just a regular dog owner, have no affiliation to Aorkuler at all but I love their product so much I want everyone to get one and keep exploring the Great Outdoors with their Canine Companion safely with peace of mind. 10 out of 10 can't recommend highly enough!

Aorkuler

The tracker uses radio communication so it will only work if you are in range. We have had it working in bushland and we could sill track our dog who was over 700m away.
The back up service from Aorkuler is fantastic. We had a small recharging issue and there was a slight delay in obtaining a spare part. Casou, their customer liaison person went above and beyond out expectations. He offered us a few gifts because of the delay. Any questions I had regarding the tracker have been answer nearly instantly and the response was thorough and very helpful.
I can't speak highly enough of this company!
If every business provided this level of customer service the world would be a much better place. Thanks Casou!

A blessing for dog-loving hikers. An incredible product!

I’m an avid hiker and love hitting the trails with my dog. To prevent my dog from getting lost, I initially bought a Tractive pet tracker with a one-year subscription. Unfortunately, it was a letdown because it didn’t work during our hikes due to poor cellular reception. I also had a tough time getting a refund for the subscription, which left me unhappy with Tractive’s customer service. Later on, I came across Aorkuler through a Google search and decided to give it a shot after reading its blog. To my amazement, it was exactly what I was looking for! It tracked my puppy in real-time in remote areas with no cell signal. It worked wonders. I hope more outdoor enthusiasts who hike with their dogs discover this product. I’ll definitely keep supporting Aorkuler and look forward to their upgrades.

Great GPS dog collar for rural area!!!

I reside in a remote area with extremely limited cell phone reception, and i have a 4000 sq.ft.yard.My dog,Raff, frequently ventures beyond the property, and there were insances where he got lost while chasing deer. Retieving him took considerable time and effort. This prompted me to search for a GPS dog tracker suitable for my location. I etc(with subscription fees), all of which boasted appealing designs and features like Geo-fencing and activity monitoring. However, none of them provided effective dog tracking, leading me to return them all.

After extensive Google searches with limited options. I discovered Aorkuler tracker as one of the few GPS dog trackers designed for use in areas with poor cellular signals. Though initially sleptocal due to past disappointements,I decided to give Aorkuler a try.To
my surprise, unlike the previously purchased GPS tracker ,it actually delivered on its promise.Following several instances of Raff escaping, I could quickly locate him using the Aorkuler dog tracker.I am now highly satisfied with this product.

Impressive Product and Outstanding Service!

Our one year old mixed breed puppy recently got lost in Great Smokey Mountains National Park, just outside Asheville in Western North Carolina. Fortunately, after 4 stressful hours were were very, very lucky to find him. He was exhausted and nearly ready to collapse. When we go back we immediately started looking for a dog tracker. There is virtually no cell service where we hike, so we needed a GPS tracker that doesn't require phone signals. We found that options are extremely limited and most cost $500,$1000 or more. We were excited to finally find Aokuler dog tracker much more reasonably priced GPS Dog Tracker which doesn't require cell signals, and no monthly fee required. When it arrived, I was happy to see that the unit that attaches to the collar is actually pretty small (many others have huge, uncomfortable looking collar units). But, if something is affordable, but doesn't work, it isn't worth anything. We were still not sure how well it actually worked so next, the big test.My wife took our puppy, for a healthy walk (on a leash) in our rural area, and I stayed outside in our yard with the handheld unit. And it worked impressively well! I hope we never need to use the Aorkuler system "in the wild", but if we do, I'm confident we will find the little pup!

Best tracker for areas where there is no cell service

I've been searching for a reliable dog GPS tracker for my adventurous pup. I think I found the best one: the Aorkuler. this tracker doesn't rely on cell phone service, which is perfect for me since I live in a rural area where cell phone reception is often weak or non-existent.

During my search, I learned a lot about dog trackers. I found that they all use GPS, but the accuracy of the location can vary depending on the environment. In urban or forested areas, GPS may not work well and I would worry about my dog's whereabouts. But in open and sunny areas, the GPS works fine no matter what brand of tracker I use. Assuming, of course, that the tracker doesn't have any design flaws.

Another important factor is whether the tracker requires a cellular network. Some trackers, such as Tractive, require a monthly fee to use their service, but can only be used in places with cellular coverage. How do you know if this is right for you? Simply check for cell service in places your dog frequents. If the signal is strong, you can use Tractive or a similar tracker. If the signal is weak or spotty, then Tractive may not be right for you. Because I have found that the Tractive doesn't work when my cell phone still has a signal and I can make calls, it may be an issue with the antenna sensitivity or something like that.

He likes to hang out in places where there's no cell phone reception, and the Aorkuler helps me find him easily. Although I have a good idea of where he might be, I feel much better knowing exactly where he is.

I also do not need an app for my tracker. I find that most apps are not very useful or accurate. They offer features like e-fence or activity monitoring, but they are either unreliable or meaningless. The e-fence can be easily triggered by environmental factors, and the activity data is not very valuable or relevant. The apps are just flashy and superficial, but they do not improve the user experience or the dog's well-being.

Without an app, I save money and time. I do not have to pay a monthly fee or stare at my phone screen all the time. I also protect my privacy and data from being stolen by third-party apps.
