Absolutely don’t buy it’s a total joke…

Absolutely don’t buy it’s a total joke has mine 4days and is constantly showing the wrong location of my van. Been on with tech support who asked if I was parked underground😤 they were saying that the gps signal was weak in my area also I can go in the van remove all my equipment and about 15 minutes later I sometimes get a alert. Absolutely crap 💩

ARMD lets me sleep at night.

In a sector which is woefully inadequate at protecting tradesmen - Armd are a refreshingly on point, well priced and more importantly effective provider of peace of mind to tradesmen. Thieves can still attack our vans but we will know very quickly and be able to act. Lying in bed at night not knowing if someone has been in your van is the worst thing for a tradesperson, but ARMD brings peace of mind.

Don’t waste your time or money!

Don’t waste your time or money!! The armed device is terrible.. Sends false notifications, rings your phone early hours in the morning. If you open your van doors with the device armed, it won’t notify you until around 5-10mins after. By that time your van will be stripped of any tool. The communication with the company is shocking, they just ignore you. So my advice to anyone reading this is leave this joke of a company well alone…

New and well recommended company

Sought best price for wood filler and discovered ARMD. Slightly sceptical as no previous experience or knowledge. Reviews seemed genuine and good so tried. After issues with delivery company raised with ARMD the filler delivered well boxed up and genuine article. Would highly recommend this company

I had a couple of questions that I…

I had a couple of questions that I wanted answers to before purchasing.
Spoke to K who was very professional and answered them them when I called.
Without hesitation I then purchased the Alarm system and added 3k Tool cover Insurance to the order.
Looks a fantastic system for the peace of mind it will bring at a sensible price.

IF AT FIRST YOU DON'T SUCCEED

ITEM WAS ADDED TO THE BASKET, ADDRESS, CREDIT CARD DETAILS ETC WERE FILLED IN, CLICKED PAY NOW THEN ORDER WAS IMEDIATLEY CANCELLED.
DREAFULL.
ARMD PHONED ME THE NEXT DAY TO APPOLOGISE FOR A GLITCH IN THEIR SITE AND STAYED ON THE PHONE WHILE I REORDERD.THE ORDER WENT THROUGH OK AND I RECEIVED MY ITEM WITHIN 24 HOURS, EXELLENT SERVICE THANK YOU.

I had never heard of this company…

I had never heard of this company before, but they had the item I needed at the cheapest price I could find on the web, and with free delivery, that made it almost £10 cheaper than other suppliers. My Kent and Stowe oscillating hoe arrived within a few days despite being ordered over the Easter bank holiday weekend and was delivered by DHL with care. It was exactly as described. Thank you.

Excellent, easy to setup, recommend �

I bought the ARMD Guard from Amazon in Feb and am super pleased with it. It compliments the other security I have in place. The phone calls are realtime, I know because when I forget to disarm it off and it triggers!! Setup is straightforward.

The kit arrived today and took minutes…

The kit arrived today and took minutes to set up and was working in under a few mins when I received a text.
I had reservations about the delay between opening my van and my phone alert , after messing around opening doors I was very impressed with how quick my phone rings almost instantly.
The tracker function works really well and easy to use and accurate.
I ordered it at 7.30pm Friday night was here by 8am Tuesday.
I actually think this is a very good product and it works very well.
The fact there is no audible siren I think is better because no-one other than the owner is going to pay attention to an alarm anymore not even the thief's.
Highly recommended

Have received confirmation of payment…

Have received confirmation of payment and of insurance policy details etc. Free gift arrived within 2-3 days which I was amazed with. I've even received a phonecall to check if there were any problems before checking out. Fantastic company to deal with so far.

Fitted in under 15 minutes ��

This is a product that makes me feel safe knowing my van is under constant supervision knowing I’ll get a call and text as soon as there is a disturbance in the van. Set up in under 15 minutes and tested I would recommend this security to any one ! Well done ARMD smashed it ��

Measuring Jug

Just as described. Thank you. It was easily adapted for its new role. It means I don't have to go down below to use the heads, (toilet), on my boat when it is bouncing about, but can stand braced in the stern cockpit, pee accurately and then immediately recycle the result to the word's oceans. Well, the English Channel and Thames Estuary.

My worst dealing with a company ever

My worst dealing with a company ever !
Was sold armd by a rep in our local suppliers, since day 1 it has never worked! Many phone calls to the rep, and trying different things and still it doesn’t work! I kindly asked for a refund as I spent £400. Still nothing and worse of all the £40 subscription is still coming out of my account!! The head office phone number I have phoned so many times and never had an answer, I once got a reply to a email and then radio silent! I can’t see a end, truly disappointed

I can also see that two of the alarms were never set up which is a shame as we could have problem solved and fixed them if they were indeed not working or faulty. Not compatible with my phone, unfortunately

After watching a review on YouTube I thought it would be useful to have van guard on my van. The installation took 10mins which was excellent, but after approx 5hrs the app failed. After 6/7 telephone calls and various emails, I've now been told that they are unable to find the cause of the problem at there end and it must be my mobile at fault (samsung galaxy fold 4) very disappointed as the review and the first usage, it seemed to be very good. Unfortunately looks like it will have to be returned to ARMD.

Absolutely amazing customer service

Absolutely amazing customer service, extremely helpful and quick to sort out what I need. Even when I had to make changes to my policy at 21:30pm, the customer service did it instantly.
Great price on insurance and handy little tool inventory to keep track of everything.
This company and what they supply is a must have for any tradesperson

Absolute PLEASURE to deal with !!!

Absolute PLEASURE to deal with !!!! Great Price, Fast Delivery, I had never heard of ARMD but now check them for everything I need for work. At first i was dubious as price was a little TOO good to believe and they don't accept PAYPAL (alarm bells rang) but really glad I found ARMD.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, no contact request return, no phone call return. I wanted to upgrade my insuerance with them to the app and alarm. If no contact for a up sell you have no hope for a claim! Use some other established insuerance company. Shame it could have been great!!! Oh, and if your still waiting for your shares certificate, I’m not holding my breath!

So far our slowest claim to date was approved in 3 days (industry average is 5+ weeks!) and as long your tools are in our FREE tool inventory app RSA have promised to turn around claims within 5 days.

Very happy with the cost of the item but let down by DHL

Very happy with the cost of the item and the prompt delivery. Would have given 5 stars but for the delivery by DHL which was left tucked behind our house sign. This sign is nailed to a tree at the entrance to our property some 25m from our house and is not visible from our house. If my wife had not noticed it when she came home that evening it would have remained on display to anyone walking past and open to being stolen. I did not get any notification from DHL that the item had been delivered!
