Disappointed
The unit when it did work would take between 3 and 10 minutes to call me, So, if I forgot to disarm the alarm, go to my van, take out tools, lock the van and go into a client, maybe 5 to 10 minutes later I would get an alert. Now the unit has packed up, 5 emails to the company, eventually they said it was dead, that was 5 days ago. No contact, no replacement unit. no customer service.
