Hello

Hello, I have called for help but I have not had any calls returned. The system does not work and when you go into the app it just tries to sell you something else. I will call the helpline tomorrow but if no response they can have it back and give me a refund. No customer service at all !!

I've had the ARMD system in my van for a few months now and I think its brilliant
Easy to install and set up,
Not had any issues with the app or anything.
Definitely will recommend to friends

Wide range of tools and fast delivery

Wide range of tools and fast delivery. Plus if you have the tool insurance with them as well the tools are automatically added to your tool list on your app. Will use again when I need new tools

A very variable performance

A very variable performance. I got exactly what I wanted when I wanted it and at a good price. However, there's a glitch in the IT which meant that I was over-charged. After four calls with support (who are very nice) and one email (lost as far as I can tell), I'm still no closer to getting the refund of the money that I was over-charged.

Waste of time

Ordered item. When it didn't arrive I was told that they'd investigate and call me back. Never did. After a number of emails they eventually admitted that they didn't have the item in stock and asked if I'd like to wait. No thanks. Waste of everybody's time.

I can see from looking at your order it was placed during the Christmas holidays when nothing was being shipped and our suppliers were relying on a shipment themselves that was delayed so somehow your order fell between these times. Really very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Absolutely brilliant from start to…

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I purchased a Makita Jobsite Radio from AMRD, not their Insurance Services, thus this review relates to a tool purchase only.

I’d been searching for some time for a black Makita DMR115B but they were out of stock everywhere including all the major European tool stores, until I somehow came across AMRD.

My guess as to why I’d never come across them before is because their website is predominantly aimed at the tool insurance market in which AMRD look highly professional, but they also have a superb tool store and there, according to their website inventory, was just one very lonely DMR115B, at a very good price.

After checking their reviews it was clear AMRD were a trusted business so I went ahead and placed my order. I’ll be perfectly honest, I thought they would send the blue model with a note saying the black ones were out of stock. But no…

Three days later a brand new black model arrived! Which proved beyond doubt that AMRD were indeed a highly professional business and any doubts I may have had were clearly unfounded.

My advice to anyone considering purchasing tools or equipment from AMRD is go ahead! Prices are clearly displayed which in my case included delivery. They even sent a discount code after registering a new account saving another 5%. And there was no hard sell to insure my purchase.

I have absolutely no problem giving AMRD five stars, they fully deserve it. In fact I’d give them ten if that option was available!

Brought the Armd Guard last week

Brought the Armd Guard last week, and really love the product.
Came within two days, easy to set up, tested it out a few times and the alerts came through pretty quick.
I would highly recommend it to anyone in the trades.

Alarm doesn't work

Alarm doesn't work, No customer service, still has the "closed for christmas message" now Jan 12th, left several messages and had zero response.
