Quick delivery but wrong goods!

Your delivery was very quick, however we didn't get what we ordered! We ordered a mixed box of marxman pens (20 x green & 10 x green) but got a box of black only. Price is the same so we kept them anyway.

I’ve still not received it

I’ve still not received it.
I ordered it 7 days ago.
I have contacted them and they said that it should arrive by (Saturday) yesterday at the latest. If it doesn’t call back.
So still not received it and I’ll have to give them a call again tomorrow.

Good price.

Good price for the item I purchased it did take a couple of days longer than I anticipated to arrive so I tried using the tracking number, but Royal Mail tracking website didn’t recognise the number supplied, however I contacted ARMD who responded very quickly, between me contacting the company and their reply the item arrived.

I would have no hesitation using ARMD in future.

Concept of the alarm is great

Concept of the alarm is great. I got my tools cover and when i messaged to ask them to change the date, they have yet to reply a week later. Hoping that isnt the normal level of service.

Very poor service

Very poor service, failed to answer either of my queries, but had the cheek to add me to their mailing list!

Great company with a great ethos

Great company with a great ethos. I’ve had my tools stolen twice. Once from a workshop break in and once from the van. Having AMRD systems and the app in place gives me a lot more peace of mind. A big thanks to these guys!

Amazing!

Really easy to install and use. The user interface on the app is spot on. And the set up took less than a couple of minutes. Really impressed with ARMD and everything they offer.
