Do not purchase car warranty. My infotainment computer was constantly refeshing alternating with changing all settings and called SOS/911 3X randomly. Went to dealership and when calling Assurant told no claim filed. Back to dealership to get claim and told it was denied as "radio not working" is not covered. Clearly do not understand safety sensitivity or customer service. Very poor experience having never policy used although bought Platinum Plan 3 years ago. As denied claim also denied rental car.
Don't waste $$$ or time
Nice in person customer service as well as virtual customer service. They were able to put me at ease and assure me that everything would be taken care of
My experience was great because the sales guy was great. He was efficient and helpful, very informative as well. The services this company offers a great as well as usful, and that's enough for me.

Professional and easy
They handled the repair of my device in a fast and efficient manner. I set my appointment time arrived and drop off was easy. They told me 1 hr. I returned early and they had already finished the repair and it looked like new
