I am extremely impressed with the customer support at Backdropsource. They are quick to respond and very easy to work with. The display we received is very well-built and super easy to assemble. We received many compliments on our booth setup, and we definitely stood out from other businesses. I would order from them again and probably won't even look anywhere else for my tradeshow needs based on this experience.

"Your package has arrived at your local DHL depot. It's on hold due to import charges. we request you to pay the imports and get them delivered and share the receipt with us, we will reimburse you for this as we are having difficulties paying on your behalf , an otp will be sent your number while paying for it"
I bought a two-sided backdrop to use as a photowall for our film festival, and the product itself is very functional and beautiful. The fabric shipped from China and arrived incredibly quickly. The frame for the fabric came from the US and took a little longer. The one big surprise? This company is NOT BASED IN CANADA, so you are going to be facing very significant brokerage fees, plus the HST on the products. I ended up paying about CAN$110 just in brokerage fees for the UPS and DHL shipments. Add in the taxes and you find that your $600 backdrop is actually costing you $800. Be prepared!
The package ended up having duties applicable on it. I didn't realized I was dealing with an off shore supplier. When the request came through text message to pay the duties, I thought it was a scam. This should have been communicated better through email.
