bought a li ion battery from them and they sent me a totally different product. same specs but totally different dimensions than labeled or shown in pictures. i reached out to them several times and did not get any response.

I have mistakenly bought a charger from them earlier and then asked to cancel the purchase. They quickly canceled. So I made sure they can be trusted, it's not a scam. Later I made another purchase. The delivery to the UK took place without any problems, I am satisfied with the product.
