Our new Napoleon grill was ordered on line with free shipping. Everything came together as scheduled. Very pleased with the total transaction. Grill assembly was not difficult…watch a video first. The grill itself is well built and cooks well. Standing Rib Roast for Christmas was superb!

I reached out to them after 2 weeks as I had not received any confirmation that my order had been shipped. Indeed it was “lost in the warehouse”, but within 24 hours of my call I had a ship date. The grill arrived packaged well and on the scheduled date. I noticed the cover was not in the crate and when I called they informed me the covers are on back order and I should see it shipped separately in about a month!
