Beautifly products

I own a few Beautifly products and enjoying using all of them. My favourite ones are BGlossy Pro, BHydraclear and BScrub Pro. I suffer with acne prone and olily in T-Zone skin. All 3 helped in reducion of oil and sebum, some cystic spots and sebaceous filaments. I use them on regular basis and they are a part of my skincare routine.

I have a good experience with the Company and deliveries, and highly recommend these to others who want to add that extra care for their skin.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. I purchased a radio frequency product 4 days ago and paid for express delivery. It hasn't arrived. Beautifly have sent me an email to review the product, yet I haven't received it. I also emailed them yesterday regarding my missing item and nobody has responded. Poor customer service. I hope this website isn't a scam. Hopefully I will hear back today or receive my item then I can review it properly. Based on customer service I rate 1 star

the shipping time is ridiculous!

the shipping time is ridiculous!! I have now received confirmation that delivery has been rescheduled for 10th May meaning i will have waited two weeks for the order! The company advertise next day delivery on their website! Apparently this situation has been going on for a long time! They should not advertise quick delivery when they know they cannot fulfill their orders!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY! I recently ordered the Beautifly under eye high frequency massager. After using it twice my under eye area developed severe swelling and irritation on both sides. It took a full 10 days to return to normal. I then tried the device again after letting some time pass to the same effect of severe swelling. I now have permanent damage under both eyes. Upon contacting the company the customer service was incredibly rude and did not accept any responsibility, instead telling me such a reaction could be because of a lack of sleep me or might be due to other skincare products (i use the same products for years without any negative effect).

They even refused to issue a simple refund of the purchase price. I will now be taking legal action. I am not convinced their products have the necessary qualifications for safety.

Where is my order?!

Having read the previous reviews I now understand why I am receiving such an awful experience as well. Placed an order on 13th April and am still waiting for it to arrive. That is bad enough but receiving no response to my follow up enquiries is frankly unacceptable. I now fear that the earlier suggestions of being a scam organisation are in fact true. If not, then they really need to get their act together on taking customer service seriously as it has been shocking so far ... where is my order?!

Scam site. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Way into this Trustpilot review process now, these cheats send a flowery response to try to indicate on Trustpilot that they are not scammers. They asked for a video of the footbath not working, we fannied about sending it, they asked, again in their flowery ( same in all replies) sing-song language for us to send them our order details - like they would not have an order detail not linked to our email - which again, we fannied about sending to them. It is a waste of time. No refund, dangerous illegal u/s product supplied, scammers sweet response and scammers five star rating to themselves. Beautifly will fly off with your money and you will be nibbling on your own liver when you realise you’ve been scammed. Don’t put yourself through it.

they need to be banned from the UK market

the worst company ever, they should be banned from the UK, they have a UK website but are placed in Poland, they promise delivery in 1-2 days yest weeks later I still don't have the items, and to top it I have now to pay custom fees of £50 that I was not told about in order to receive the items. THIS IS ABSOLUTLY RIDICOULOUS AND SHOULD NOT HAPPEN IN THIS DAY AND AGE, COMPLETE SCAM

Funny how the few positive reviews come from people outside the UK. I suspect that these posts are the product of the scammers themselves, further evidence of dishonesty.
