Was forced to cancel original order to make new order which resulted in me losing my new customer $10 discounts.

No invoice received, upon request file was initially corrupt. Unable to get the extended Aus warranty, because IMEI is from Singapore... Just don't do it!!!

While the image for the phone I purchased was outdated and showed a predicted design, it was understandable given the timing, as the actual look had just been revealed. Other color options on the site were already updated, so it seemed like they were in the process of making changes.Having the phone ready to order before its official release was a big plus for me. Despite the minor hiccup with the image, the experience was smooth, and I appreciate their effort to stay ahead of the curve.
