My camera arrived in excellent condition, securely packed in its original box. I’m beyond pleased with both the product and the impressive savings—nearly $200 compared to local retailers! Although the delivery took a little longer than anticipated, the outstanding price and quality more than made up for it. I’ll definitely be shopping with BecexTech again. Got a Google Pixel 9 Pro XL from Becextech. Much less expensive than buying from MightyApe or Parallel. So I'm pretty happy. My feedback to Becextexh is please consider using a more reliable courier to New Zealand please! They use DPEX from Hong Kong and took 3 weeks. I was following the tracking going to between Sydney - Brisbane, then back to Sydney ( think Benny Hill show theme music). - Why? Please just use dhl or fastway. Otherwise I'm very happy thanks Becextech. Well done. Cheers

Worse company I've had to deal with to date and I'm 50 years of age.What a disgusting experience. They have treated me like an idiot.First of all I order a phone and pay for 2 day delivery and they send the phone to Hong Kong so naturally I cancel the phone.They try and deliver the phone any way and I refuse delivery and they say they are going to charge me a $65 redirection feel and 10% restocking fee that's almost $90 that being a total of $155.Im taking them to the department of fair trading nsw we'll see what they have to say about it.Fools

Don't trust the 5 stars! Dodgy company, terrible experience.
Struggled to get any communication on the shipping of the item, once the item was sent it was the completely wrong item.
They didn't even have the original one I ordered in stock, just hoped I would accept a wrong order.
I have returned the item within the change of mind time frame and still no communication or refund even though I have requested.

I have bought phone from them and order screen guards and phone case . Becext Ch is Australia based company. I thought my phone will be coming from Australia. But later I got to know from their customer care that there was warehouse is based in Hong Kong . If I would have known that order will be coming from Hong Kong , then I would have ordered from Amazon or AliExpress and must have saved another 100 dollar.
I made ordered on 12th Oct Saturday. Order should have been packed on Monday morning . But it got packed on Wednesday and dispatched on Thursday . Then ETA was 10 days , but it took 12 days .
I still did not get screen guards and case .
I would not recommend to buy from this website. They don't even give ETA time when you order. You have to ask them when ordering is made . That is not right all the times

No where on the Becextech website did it indicate the Samsung S9 plus will be supplied from a foreign country.
My first suspicions were raised when the package arrived and included a power adapter suitable for Australian power points. This was immediately suspect, because Samsung tablets are not supplied with a charger. Upon firing up the tablet and going through the setup procedure it came to the section to designate what country or region I was in. The choices were: Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates! No Australia!!!!!

I order my first camera on a Friday morning and and got my confirmation email with a tracking number just three days later. I'll admit, i was pretty nervous about buying such an expensive item from a store i hadn't used before, even though i'd read tons of reviews beforehand.
By early Tuesday morning, i checked the tracking number and saw that my camera was already in Sydney, which is just three hours away from from me! The couriers didn't get it to me until after 10 AM., but honestly, considering how slow deliveries can be here in Australia, i was really impressed with how quickly it arrived. The camera was packed securely and was exactly as described.

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, and they made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. I initially ordered a product for my wife as a gift, but shortly after placing the order, i received an email notifying me that the item was temporary out of stock.
Although that could have been a disappointment, BecexTech handled it perfectly. They quickly reassured me, providing a clear restock estimate of about four days, and true to their word, the product was restocked exactly on time.
