Ordering was straightforward. I was really surprised when the phone arrived just five days later from Hong Kong and there was no courier charge. Although it's the overseas version of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra all information in the box (and there wasn't much) was in Chinese. I've resorted to Google for most of my queries in finding out how the phone works!

Legit, fast and available on the phone.
Dropped my phone in the pool and needed a new one quick. This was the only place I could find who had a phone number to call and ask if they could send me one in 5 days or less. Answered the phone quickly and confirmed if I ordered today it would definitely be with me in 4 days. They shipped it out same day and it arrived in 3 days at my door. As far as I am concerned they are super legit and very efficient and I am very happy. I had and replaced a OnePlus phone and I checked before ordering that it would work in Australia (post 3G) and on my network and the phone came in a sealed box and was in perfect working order - so I can't comment on post order service as I had no need for it.
The only downside, and a very small one, was that this was obviously old stock which they bought when the phone came out so I had to install a year's worth of Android updates - but they could not have solved this without opening the box and I prefer that they didn't. My thanks go out to bestmobilephone.com.au as I now have a working phone I need for work and travel. Cheers.

I bought Sony Xperia VI for over 1.5k and the 5G signal keeps dropping down constantly and hardly makes any calls and out of service most of the time. I tried to reach out for them for a refund or replacement. They kept trying to win time by telling me like "we will update you today" or "we will follow your problem on Monday" until I stopped receiving replies from them and they ignored me after that ever since. Spend few extra bucks and buy from a trusted website for a peace of mind because if you buy from these guys and the phone comes out faulty then don't dream of getting it replaced or refunded.

Went to Goldy with a smashed phone
He sold me a similar phone but due to its country of origin failed to pick up the 5g network. He had no worries replacing with a google 6 phone bit this phone wouldnt transfer my data.
Finally had the old one fixed. Nothing was a drama for him easy to deal with and would definatly use again if needed 10 stars Goldy.
