Im pleased with the end result, to be fair the entire process was a bliss from the get go, zero hassles other than late responding on my behlaf, yet regardless, Brooke and her team did a fantastic job, great patience, kind and easy to chat with, kind reminders, occasional updates everything one needs to feel comfortable. The process started and ended well, I received what I needed and affordable. Thanks a ton Brooke and Better finance team.

Miss information and not looking into customer file properly.
Its been a hectic and confusing time with Better Finance. We were dealt with inexperience and false hope over the last couple days. Maybe it was christmas and new years why the information we were gettting was inefficent everyday and led us running around in cycles trying to sort things out over a couple days when this could have dealt with in a day. The fact that we kept being told that it was approved and that the money was getting sent out on the day, to then wait for it for us to then have to chase Renee up when she constantly kept telling us she'll get back to us in an hour or two. We found out that we were always chasing littles bits of pieces up and needing It has been a hectic and confusing time with Better Finance. Over the last couple of days, we experienced inexperience and false hope. Perhaps it was due to Christmas and New Year’s that the information we received was inefficient, leading us to run in circles trying to resolve issues that could have been handled in a day.
We were repeatedly told that our application was approved and that the funds would be sent out the same day. However, we often found ourselves waiting and then having to chase Renee, who consistently promised to get back to us in an hour or two. It felt like we were always pursuing small details that should have been addressed more efficiently.
We were hopeful when she said everything was approved on the other side, as it suggested we could prepare for an earlier departure. However, we soon realized that we needed to gather more information, which ended up delaying us. We lost some money on our accommodation in Auckland because Renee was not accurate with her information. All she needed to do was properly review our profile and provide us with the correct details, allowing us to follow up appropriately over the phone. Instead, she initially told us everything was sorted, only for us to later discover that she had missed some crucial points. This whole headache could have been avoided if she had just taken the time to look at our file in detail.
We have not yet confirmed with Avanti Finance when payments should be made. I can only process payouts during my fortnightly payment schedule. This topic was not discussed in detail, and I feel there was insufficient notice regarding this matter.
We eventually reached our destination in the end. For future reference, it’s important to train your team to avoid creating false hope. Instead, they should provide accurate dates and times for when the payout will be delivered to minimize confusion for both the dealership and the customer. It would be beneficial to address this issue and consider developing a training script to guide your employees, ensuring that this situation does not happen again..

Would have been helpful to know the process at the start
It would have been great to have known the process at our first point of contact as it was a bit un-nerving being a first time user and not knowing what was going to happen (the process). Everything worked out well in the end and Codi was great at explaining everything but this was more at the end of the process once things were being finalized.
