I am reading all these reviews about horrible customer service and having your credit card charged without your knowledge or authorization. I'm not calling anyone a liar here, But I am calling them ignorant. Biotrust is the most reputable company I have ever dealt with, Whether on or off the internet. If you want to return a product within 60 days, They will offer you a 25% refund to keep it. The one time I did have a problem with a product they gave me a full credit and allowed me to keep it. I forgot all about the credit for over TWO years, and when I remembered it I emailed them attaching a copy of their email to me verifying the credit. They had no record of the credit in their system due to the time lapse but they immediately reinstated my credit.
ALL any of these people had to do was pick up the phone and talk to one of their agents. The bot does have limitations, But the human beings do not argue with customers and they certainly are not ripping anyone off.

Want stomach cramping? Try this!

I agreed to a free sample of Collagen. After about 6 days I find out it was sent to address other than mine. I reach out, I'm told someone would be in contact within 72 hours. Maybe they meant 72 days. Well this morning I noticed my account had deducted 29.99 for a product I know nothing about. Furthermore, they didn't wait for me tell then I want this product. They got my credit card information from the shipping info that I had to pay. This is as dishonest as it gets. They are closed on the weekend but you can chat with a bot. Don't use this company. They will take advantage.

Unsurpassed customer service.
Been using biotrust turmeric collagen for a bit now, been a customer a well over year or so, great product, will branch out to other biotrust products as I can.
Earlier this month (June 2024) I noticed I had made a mistake that caused me great difficulty, details aside (doesn’t matter really, was my fault)… Biotrust fixed the issue, not even minimally (which I would have been 120% happy with) their quick action and above and beyond customer service team handled the problem in such a way that I was absolutely stunned and never before have experienced in my 50y of being alive.
Seriously, biotrust impressed in such a way I am a customer for life, it’s the least I can do besides giving this review.
Thank you again Biotrust, I can’t even explain

An Honest Review about Ageless Body
I have taken BioTrust Ageless Body for years since about 2014. I feel good with only taking one a day so I bought up several bottles on a special they ran. Overall at 60 plus I think it did help my overall health and wellness. I have also tried some of their other products and when I didn't like the product they were quick to refund my money.
Their customer service is excellent! They ship quickly and well packaged.
One point that I think is important and they do not tell you is, if you have taken their product Ageless Body and suddenly quit.....you will get sick. I didn't realize until at one point I ran out and didn't re-order thinking it seemed expensive and I didn't know if the benefits were worth it. Within a week, I got very sick with an upper respiratory infection that took a couple of antibiotics to get over. It is not unusual for me to get them but I just hadn't been sick for a long time. I can credit the Ageless Body for that. So of course I reordered and began taking only one a day to keep the costs down. I can say that I never got Covid and I never got the vaccines either (true story). I do feel that it was because of Ageless Body and extreme caution with sanitation. A few years later, again I ran out and again got very sick within a week of not taking them. It lasted over a month and finally I went to the Dr. and got antibiotics to get over it. I don't think it's a coincidence and I guess that proves that they definitely do help your immune system. I think it's something they should also warn about but then that could be considered hype about their product. I haven't taken Ageless Body since November 2023 (followed by getting sick) and unfortunately I have had a lot more aches and pains since, so once again I am going to subscribe (and save $$) so that I can not run out.
I feel this is also important to note that they do stay on their products to keep them pure without artificial ingredients. My story is that I was considering trying another product they had advertised as pure and natural ingredients but in looking at the label, I noticed Ascorbic Acid which after a lot of research, I found out that I can not take. It is in most supplements and approved by the FDA as a form of Vitamin C. Unfortunately for some reason it causes problems with the small veins (they ache) in my ankles. It took a lot of research to realize that is what was causing it (I was taking a Vitamin C supplement in the form of Ascorbic Acid) and as soon as I quit taking it, my ankles felt pain free again. So to finish my story, I wrote BioTrust an email telling them that Ascorbic Acid was not a natural product and I felt it was misleading to advertise otherwise while including it in their products. I explained my experiences and I never heard back from them. That is when I let my supply run out. Now I noticed in their Ageless Body they are using a different product for Vitamin C included in their supplement. This makes me happy and I have more confidence in using their products with that change.
Needless to say, I am going to order their Ageless Body again and also their Ageless Sight for the first time. With their subscription, I can save on the costs now and not run out. I do wish their prices were lower though!
This is an absolutely honest review with my experiences with BioTrust Ageless Body! I resent fake reviews and rarely write reviews unless it can help others.

Public relations team
They contacted me via Email for a collaboration deal. I thought it wasn't on brand for me, so I ignored it. and they then followed with extremely aggressive, personal, and rude emails. I found these unprofessional, unnecessary, and very alarming.
If their PR team is full of rude harassment I don't expect their help team would be any better. Best to avoid.

NOT GOOD AT ALL
I can’t believe what this company has done to me, I have placed many orders with this company and paid many custom charges quite a lot, the last order they sent me they didn’t put the full order I paid for so I was charged custom fees for this I and waiting on them taking full responsibility and refunding me everything it’s costed me so far they haven’t but I am hoping it can be resolved NOT GOOD AT ALL.

Disappointing
My recent experience of dealing with BioTrust’s customer services has been very disappointing.
My products have taken almost a month to arrive, and I still haven’t received them.
I wrote to BioTrust to find out what’s happening, a number of times.
I told them about the poor tracking information given by their delivery partner, and asked for an explanation for the extreme delay as I needed to decide if this was a one-off problem and worth continuing buying from them.
Their response was to give me money back and no useful information on why the delay. Of course the money back is welcome, but it felt like a sweep the problem under the carpet. No investigation has happened to my knowledge. In addition there was a throw away line at the end saying the package should be delivered in the next couple of days. No specific time.
It’s disappointing as BioTrust’s products are good, but waiting a month is a big ask in today’s day and age. And seemingly lazy responses offering money without looking into the problem properly does not give confidence of future buys
