The worst company ever.
If you consider to order any products from this site ,I would strongly suggest you not to do that.Sure,the price seems cheaper than other places. However your order never gets on time,really poor tracking systems and very poor processing of refund.It has been over 20days ever since I have got the confirmation letter for refunding.Until now I only hear that we are working on it.
Please reconsider buying any products from this site.I do not want to give them even one star. ZERO STAR

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

I placed an order for a winter tire package on November 26, but the tires never arrived at the garage. I contacted Juan and Simon multiple times. At first, I was told the tires had been delivered. Later, they said the delivery would happen soon and that someone would get in touch with me. Despite all this, I never received clear answers or updates. The lack of communication and follow-through was extremely disappointing.

It felt like they were stalling and making excuses. I ended up canceling my order and going with another supplier. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and, frankly, felt racist.

As of today, December 17, I still haven’t received my refund.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid dealing with them.

Tires sent were DOT 2 years old, so have already lost 2 years of life on the tires. They explained that they can ship tires up to 3 years old.

If you like to be lied to repeatedly then buy your tires through these losers. This is my 3rd purchase through BlackCircles and now my second terrible customer service experience, NEVER AGAIN. 3-5 business days? I've now passed 10 business days and not one person there can supply a tracking number or even who the shipper is. This place is a joke

They basically lost a set of tires. Garage says they never received them, but BC says they were signed for. I've spoken to about 5 different people who tell me they will call me back, but never do. They refuse to ship another set until they "resolve" the issue. Trying to cancel now, let's see if they give my money back.

I bought tires and rims from Blackcircles . Great name btw . I am very impressed with the rims they are beautiful. The tires look great, getting them installed tomorrow .

Fantastic deal fast service - Blown away. Cheapest price on the Michelin Cross Climate 2 for a Volvo XC90 with 20 inch rims.
I ordered them Monday at 6pm. They were on my doorstep on Wednesday at noon. I saved over 250 total vs going to a local tire shop.

Simple and quick way of ordering tires that are difficult to source from the big box stores. And you also find HUGE savings. Delivery is quick whether to a garage for a scheduled appointment or direct to your home. Factor in a delay for appointments if you come late to the game and order during a forecasted snow storm or need to install them before Dec. 1st like in the province of Quebec. I have recently referred 2 of my friend and they are super happy with their purchases and already have them installed ready for what winter has to throw at them.

Excellent to do business with. I ordered 4 Michelin Cross Climete 2 and they arrived as described. I have not installed it yet but they look really good.
This company is legit. Contacted the customer service to ask for tracking and they responded so quick.

I will buy from them again. Highly recommended.
