This service is absolutely terrible. The staff are pleasant but nothing cures the problem not being able to get the internet. Different advice,from everyone and they are sorry for all the problems, but I am ready to tear my hair out.
Have spent nearly all my time trying to get to speak to BT-EE and spent hours and hours on the phone. Avoid at all costs
Still NO INTERNET AFTER BEING IN CONSTANT DISCUSSION WITH BT-EE. Trouble from first day of entering contract 13 th DECEMBER. CONSIDERING LEAVING WITHIN 14 DAYS. 🤬

AVOID this shambles of a company. Absolutely horrendous broadband. Constant issues from day 1. I have more or less rang EE every week with issues since starting a contract with them. The worst broadband I have ever had. So frustrating especially when you work from home permanently. AVOID this shit company and save the inconvenience of terrible broadband and mobile network connection.

I wouldnt give them a one even .every time I go to pay my bill the app isnt working 150 says there a problem. So I've to wIt till morning to sit 45 mins before anyone answers fills

TERRIBLE SERVICE EE you say you are sending me a mini hub but are internet in the house is totally cut off as it’s showing a red light on the box what is on the wall so it doesn’t matter how many hubs you send out they won’t work!
We have had problems for weeks and weeks on end since I moved over to your new white hubs after paying more for this each month also. The internet constantly buffers when my kids try play on their online games, for the internet to go off completely on Christmas morning has completely ruined their Christmas thanks to your unreliable broadband. I no longer want anything to do with EE or BT, this is the worst internet provider I’ve ever been with and the problems are never ending. I want it cancelled soon as possible as I will not be paying for internet when I’m not getting what I’m paying for. How can it suddenly just go off completely on Christmas morning? I want nothing more to do with EE or BT.

Disgusting company

Disgusting company. Daughter had problems from day one of installtion home broadband. Was phoning them 5 times a day for help and emailing. No contact. Now on asking to move to another provider they suddenly find her phone number to give her a bill of nearly 400 pound for leaving contract early. Then they started threatening her with menace for money. She has autism and learning disabilities, but that didnt bother them, they just want money. My advice is if you have a family member who is vulnerable in particular, avoid this company, they will only be menaced by them for money.

Total Disgrace

Total Disgrace! I've been with BT for 11 years & I was on a great package with good internet speeds & when they both decided EE & BT should merged It's been nothing but a total disgrace! I've had billing problems with money coming out of my bank account! I've had major internet problems they can't seem to figure out! I have -Terrible- customer support & phone calls -always- being put down on me! Do not choose these guys, Ever! They will mess you around continuously, lie to you & put you on fake packages & try their best to confuse you!
I can't stress enough How much EE Have totally broken BT's reputation! I will be switching my provider ( at this point literally with anyone) and I won't be looking back towards BT/EE again.

If minus stars would have been an…

If minus stars would have been an option would have given it. Made to change from BT to EE. Found EE Crap sent engineer to set up, no kit. Sent kit no engineer. Made me feel so ill I had to visit GP. I want out of this terrible service that is not fit for purpose. All the customer service staff want to do is sell you more of the rubbish must work on commission.

EE TV and Broadband

Made to move from BT to EE when I upgraded my mobile phone. This was in August. We have had numerous problems, too long to write, probably spoken to every department in EE/BT and we are still having issues with lip synchronization. Numerous complaints raised that have never been resolved. Worst service ever having had no issues with BT for all the years we were with them.

Never choose this broadband

They said up to 100 Megabits per second, my downdoad speed is 4.72Mbps download 0.09 Mbps upload and i keep chetking this speed is only with one divice, I called them and obviosely cant help you with anything and lie about bad connection, when i said you lie about and i dont need this internet as you dont give at all, cant even watch youtube, peace of shit, talk talk also shit, but this EE even bigger shit!

Absurdly slow internet

Absurdly slow internet. The average internet speeds ten years ago were far far better. The customer support employees are trained to lie about the service provided and are easily caught out on their lies. I have not seen the download speed peak above 1mb/s.

EE house moving team...poor at best

The EE team that was supposedly helping me with a house move, got it disastrously wrong. Gave them clear instructions about everything needed and they took it upon themselves to cancel my 4G tempory hub, my TV package and the only response I got was, sorry about this, we will try to resolve in 5 working days...Given that's Christmas, they have ripped the festive cheer out of the occasion.
So for all those moving home and taking EE with you...beware

Worst customer experience

Worst customer experience. Me and my wife are with EE (both mobile and broadband for around 17 years now), and during our home move we just want a mobile broadband router as a temporary arrangement before our new home address gets registered.

Been with them on the phone for the last 2 days and they can't even work out a discount - and they are quoting the same online price that we can see for a new customer.

Worst even, yesterday someone from EE offered me a better price and this morning someone else quoted me a higher price. I called them again this afternoon, the quoted price has increased.

Poor Service.

Poor, poor service. Unfortunately went from BT to EE. Cannot get into EE app. Nothing online for help. Unable to phone for help (option not available).
Can’t see bill.

Disgusting Customer Service

Absolutely the worst customer experience from any telecommunications company. I wanted to migrate my existing BT Broadband to EE. I appreciate that they are now effectively one and the same. However, EE have WiFi 7 router which I think is much better than the BT Smart Hub 2. I spoke to Daniel at their Hull office who said i could migrate to a similar package but at an additional monthly cost. He also stated that I could not get their 1.6G deal even though this is available to my address. When I asked why, he did not know and neither did his colleagues. He confirmed that his manager, Ian Bacon, from the same Hull based office would call me back the following day to provide and explanation. Well here I am several days later and nothing. No call, no explanation, nothing. I’m done with EE and BT. Both my mobile phone and 2 x BB services (have a holiday home) will be migrated to alternatives. Terrible service, worse customer service and no sense of care. EE/BT need to take a look at the likes of First Direct and Octopus to get hints on great customer care.

Had EE full fibre installed 10th…

Had EE full fibre installed 10th December, since then I've lost all my now tv channels and lose my WiFi several times a day for a few minutes complaining just gets you long phone conversations try this try that
