Terrible service
I bought the official BTS lightstick at the end of December last year. It was shipped out quickly (especially as it was around Christmas and New Years) and got to me a few weeks later. Problem was the top of the lightstick that needed to be removed to insert batteries was stuck and it would not open.
I emailed the store on their customer service email and asked if it would be possible to send the item back as it was broken and either receive a refund or get a replacement. I didn't receive a reply so I emailed again a few days later. I still didn't receive a reply so I opened a dispute with Paypal to try and get through to the store that way but they still didn't respond! Eventually after a couple of weeks I raised my dispute with Paypal to a claim as a final measure and the day after I raised the claim I received a refund from the store. I never received a message from the customer services or any acknowledgement of my complaint, only the refund. I would not recommend using this store and I certainly will never be using them again.
