We visited burger king at square one shopping centre Mississauga

We visited burger king at square one shopping centre today at 2.32 pm. Ordered online number 23 and 24. Nuggets were dry and very hard, impossible burger was absolutely disaster. Surprised, why BK makes difficult to give feed back. As I ordered online. The digital receipt does not indicate store number which BK reqires to complaint. disappointed

No Wonder Why Burger King is Failing in today's market!

Wow! A one time offer that you will refund my money because I accidentally placed the order at the wrong location!

Your app should just require you to put in the restaurant when orders are being done.

Your system is backwards and not really convenient. Furthermore I called the restaurant and told them not to make the food so why are you making it sound like your doing me a favor.

I eat at Burger King every Saturday and sometimes throughout the week.

I also lost my buy 1 get one free offer for whopper juniors because of this and had to order whoppers which the second one was wasted because it was too much for what I wanted that day.

I'll use my "crowns" that I have been saving up and then in future, go somewhere else to eat in Saturdays or during the week.

I don't need your food or your crappy attitude in regards to making an honest mistake.

It's a wonder why Burger King is failing in today's market!

In addition I'll be leaving reviews explaining this ridiculous response that took 3 DAYS TO GET!

I usually dont go to Burger King as…

I usually dont go to Burger King as have not had much luck with the quality/warmth of food, but thought okay I will try the melts.
Ordered the new Swiss mushroom melt. I expected that the bread would be toasted, it was not. It was cold and just slapped together, not one that I would order again.

Omg stop microwaving your food!!
The fries tasted like mashed potatoes and weird flavour couldn’t even eat them. Burger was re heated and so hot couldn’t touch it but then it gets cold right away, no charcoal taste just a slab of something the best thing about my meal was the pop and pickles on the so called burger .

Pancake bfast

Well, we went for pancakes yesterday am. What a surprise to see us served a small box with three tiny pancakes in them. We proceeded to undo the box laye it flat and when we put the syrup on them it ended up running out the corners. My suggestion. Serve this at a corporate meeting and see the response. I’m betting you’ll change your way of serving or take them off the menu. Thanks for reading

YESTERDAY THEY GAVE ME WRONG ORDER,AND EVEN LEFTOVER CHICKEN FRIES, VERY DRY AND COLD NOT FRESH, WHEN I ASKED THAT INDIAN WOMAN AND MAN TO REPLACE OR REFUND, THEY ARE VERY CHEAPEST TO ACCEPT THEIR FAULT, AND MISBEHAVING WITH ME.AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY EXACT ORDER, THEY SHOULD BE FIRED OUT FROM BURGER KING.THEY TRY TO SPOILED BURGER KING EXPRESSION TO CUSTOMERS. MACDONALD IS BEST CUSTOMERS SERVICE, EVEN WHEN CUSTOMERS NOT SATISFIED THEIR FOOD, THEY APOLOGIZE, FOR THEIR MISTAKE, AND AGREE TO REPLACE OR REFUND THE MONEY RIGHT ON THE SPOT.BUT YESTERDAY AT BRAMLEA CITY CENTRE BURGER KING LOCATION, THAT STAFF IN THE EVENING NOT TRAINED, THEY SAID YOU SPEAK TOMORROW MORNING WITH OUR MANAGER ABOUT THIS ISSUES. Disposable cup and bacon

I find it disgusting to drink in coke reusable cup. I tried it once but it smelled stinky. The staff argued, they will be penalized if customer caught with disposal cup seating at the lobby. Totally ridiculous! By the way, BK removed the bacon in whopper burger! And still paying for the full price. Never to eat here again. Its goin down the drain.

My issue with the Burger King on…Ropewalk Lane in Newfoundland

My issue with the Burger King on Ropewalk Lane in St. John's.

Ongoing shameful problem for an eating establishment.

Both washrooms are marked Out of Order, and have been for Weeks.

I guess BK is running out of money and just cant afford to fix their plumbing.

What kind of a substandard cesspool of a greasy spoon are you running here if you cannot FIX your Washrooms.

We walked out AGAIN after seeing the OUT of ORDER signt on BOTH washròoms and we dined at KFC next door.

So fracking disrespectful of your customers Burger King, i can only imagine the conditions behind the counter.

I will ne sending a complaint to the Health Department over this as well.
