I've been in Canada for 7 months and I still hadn't managed to sign up for a cell phone plan because I didn't trust and understand the information I was given (the plans here are very different from Brazil). I'm very grateful to have found Lorena! She answered all my questions quickly and efficiently and found the best solutions for my case. In addition to the plan and the cell phone, I also subscribed to Wi-Fi for my home. I highly recommend her!

The service contract process was smoothly and satisfactory, but I found out that they activated two accounts on my behalf and I was not aware of it until I logged into the app to pay my bill. I had a really bad time trying to solve this issue by myself directly with Fido cause Canadian Sim support was unreachable. Beware of this and check your accounts with Fido as soon as you get the confirmation email.
