If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would, worst company to deal with. After an appointment was booked by email, no one turned up, I had call and ask why. When some did eventually turn up they were only here to measure and didn't give me the opportunity to go through their options. I then recieved a quote which was just a lump some, when I asked for a break down of prices I was told that would cost me 拢100 plus 20% vat. Avoid this company.

I have never met Ms Batten.
As arranged, I attended their property and was met by her partner who informed me that she was out. He told me they required an insurance estimate because they were trying to get damages from a major electrical retailer who he claimed had delivered goods and, in the process, had slightly damaged their kitchen vinyl.
I worked out the cost to replace the vinyl with all the fittings and a few days later sent this free estimate via email. Several days later the customer called and said that they now required an additional estimate with a fully detailed breakdown on letter headed paper for their claim to proceed. As we had never supplied the original vinyl, and they were not a returning customer we (like all other retailers) levy a small admin charge for this additional service which is fully refundable on the customer placing of an order. They refused this because they believed this should also be totally free 鈥 hence no surprise this negative review.

Fabulous carpet service

We have just had two bedroom carpets laid. From meeting Doug with samples of carpet, through communications from Holly to the guys laying the carpets today the whole process was fabulous. Very professional and courteous and we are over the moon with the finished product. Well done to Holly and the team !!!

My experience with Carpets 4U was鈥n Excellent experience

My experience with Carpets 4U was excellent from the initial enquiry phone call, my home visit to measure up and choose carpets and laminate and keeping me up to date with times for fitting etc.
The fitters arrived at the arranged time and were friendly and efficient. The laminate in my hall was fitted with such care and attention to detail and looks wonderful. The two carpets in my bedrooms were also professionally fitted.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
