Forgot a Christmas present for one of my family, so ordered from Charlie’s on 23rd December and it arrived on Christmas Eve when everyone else wasn’t delivering until after Christmas. They really went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

The woman’s walking boots ordered for my wife for a Christmas present arrived in a timely manner and were a great choice. My wife loves the boots and are super comfortable for her. Have no problems and would buy from again.

Suet Balls good quality and excellent value for money. Not easy to find suppliers of the Hedgehog bites and at good price. Appreciate the no delivery charge for orders over £75 as I had 3 very large boxes. Also appreciated the emails advising each stage of the order so I knew exactly when to expect delivery.
Will definately use Charlie Direct again for my wild animal feeds.
