he moved one part of the resume up deleted one section and removed three lines of description that were unnecessary did nothing to correct any of the poor phrasing left nonsense phrasing in some sections and clearly didn't look at anything my personal favorite is this line here

you can say that my resume has a lot of industry specific terms but tell me in what world that is ok to have on a resume i came to have my resume looked over and improved clearly your just looking to make a quick buck
After reviewing your work I'm ecstatic that I didn't trust your work and just send it over. Numerous spelling and grammatical errors and less than poor phrasing. my expectation was that you would be checking this over and fixing these errors

According to my notes, on April 8, 2024 I was contacted by Allen Brandon, who submitted his old resume for a review. I prepared and sent Allen Brandon a free video critique, showing suggestions for repairing and improving the old resume. After Allen ordered, we scheduled a personal phone call to go over the material. I spoke with him “live” on the phone for 30 to 45 minutes, clarifying confusing aspects of his work history. During the call, I asked Brandon “What is your age?” He replied, “I don’t know. I stopped keeping track at age 25”. This surprised me, and I didn’t know what to say. But upon further inquiring, Brandon said he was “31 years old.” He said he had a friend “inside” at Intel Corporation who wanted Brandon him to send a resume for welding or other construction work. I clearly explained to Allen Brandon at least 3 times, that I will be using the same “technical” content and sentences supplied to me in his original resume, since I am not a welder. He appeared to understand the concept. After our phone call, I then worked on his new resume for at least another 30 minutes, and sent it back to him. However, to my amazement, Allen Brandon replied with a belligerent, condescending, disrespectful email, complete with a curse word, and a number of insults, and a fantasy accusation that his new resume was created by “Chat GBT”. (Completely untrue.) I informed Allen Brandon that, as clarified in my initial video critique, I had used the information that he (the customer) had provided about his work history. His original resume was sloppy, incomplete, and chaotic. The replacement resume I sent him was a vast improvement, and was based on my 25 years professional experience. I have written many resumes for all the trades (construction, welders, pipefitters, journeymen electricians, etc.) which have resulted in getting hired quickly by those customers. I make no apologies whatsoever for my work, time, and patience expended for Brandon Allen. I take great offense to his threatening, arrogant, foul-mouthed communications.
