Bought for husbands Christmas 2024. Absolutely in love with it - amazing quality. All his biker pals are wanting one now he's shown it off! Definitely recommend.

I ordered my CHUUG about a month before Christmas.
However, there were so many orders that it didn't arrive in time. However, this was communicated directly by the support team via email and they even offered a refund if you didn't want to wait any longer. The support team also responded quickly and in a friendly manner within a day.

Now I have it and I have to say it looks exactly like on the images. It is handmade and of unique quality. I use it every day for hot and cold drinks. I really recommend it. An incredibly great product!

Absolutley awful service. Should be ashamed to have this website still live! An utter con and being reported to Trading Standards!
Bought 2 tankards at the beginning of December. Have still not received them and absolutely no response to any correspondence. An absolute sham company who if I didn't know better, would suspect was based in China!! Same scamming methods. No response to request for a refund either. Bet they had a great Christmas with all the money they've scammed from other people too!

Highly recommend.
I brought two mugs as Christmas gifts. Both recipients loved them. Though I was in two minds on one of the mugs.
Sadly one of the finishes wasn’t quite up to quality. White mark was very obvious (unable to remove it) and the coin holes were so much bigger than the coin.

I’d contacted customer services. Who were very efficient to reply within a good time frame. They offered to switch it out. Send mine back for a replacement. I declined the offer. And told them I just wanted to give you some feedback back. My dad wasn’t bothered in the least about the white on the mug.

In a very generous gesture, they had arranged a new one for me. And keep the imperfect one. Really wasn’t expecting that.
Very much appreciated.

Would definitely shop with Chuug again. And recommend to everyone.

I ordered 3 as Christmas gifts. Slight delay in arrival but had ordered in plenty of time so not an issue. I only opened one when they arrived but it looked so amazing. All 3 well appreciated and immediately 'Christine's on Christmas morning. Would love to send the pic taken of the skol being made!

The quality of the product is excellent, looks fantastic and brilliant for keeping the beer colder for longer.
Nice touch with having initials or name engraved on a coin in the mug.
It was great to be kept informed what was going on straight away when demand was high to ask if we are ok to wait. With clear, speedy contact we were happy to wait.
Bonus was we didn’t have to wait long.

I ordered a Chuug for my husband for Christmas but suspected that it would be utterly awesome so ordered a pair so I could have one too!

Do not buy from this company. I almost feel like I've been scammed.£90. Ordered on the 3rd of Decemeber and here we are going into Xmas eve and I have nothing. That's 2 people who will not receive a gift. Even tho Chugg guaranteed me it would be here after it didn't turn up on the 17th. Absoluted disgusting!

Placed an order on the 6th December, still hasn’t arrived and I can’t get in touch with anybody either. I can’t even track my parcel!

If I could give 0 stars then I would!!!!

Bought 2 for family. Ordered at the beginning of December, I was given 18 Dec for delivery, about 10 Dec my tracking hadn’t updated yet, no dispatch info so I got in touch with customer services.

They assured me, told me not to worry, told me it’d be dispatched soon.

Dec 18th comes, the day it’s due. Nothing. Then at 10pm I get an email saying it isn’t coming and won’t be until January!!!! WHAT A JOKE!

I don’t have the money to get new gifts, and their refunds are gonna be after Christmas too! (They were the only thing I bought for my dad & hubby because these tankards are not exactly cheap! & We are quite a low income family and have saved all year for Christmas.)

Chuug would have known this was the situation long before they sent the email, so I’m most annoyed at them waiting so long to send the email and assuring me it was going to be here!!!! And now they aren’t replying either!! If they’d have let me know sooner I could have received my refund and bought something else but now I’m left in a rubbish position of no money & no gift!

I will not only never be buying from these guys again, but I’ll make sure no one else does either!! Completely let me down. This whole situation could have been handled so much better!!

I hope these guys learn from their mistakes cus they’ve lost me as a customer that’s for sure.

My wife bought me a Chuug as a Christmas present and i absolutely love it. The quality of the Chuug is great and i love the fact it keeps your beer cold for well over an hour. Definitely worth the money and the best beer tankard I have ever had. Highly recommended.
