I kept seeing these advertised on Facebook and decided to get one for my husband鈥檚 Christmas present. It鈥檚 very well made and high quality, my husband absolutely loves it and has already bought one for his brother for his birthday. Definitely recommend!
These drinking vessels are very well made, they look stunning and are completely different to anything else on the market. The shipping is literally first class, and we're shipped faster than advertised. I look forward to many years of happy chuuging !!!!!
So I placed an order online and was advised that the product would be delivered by the 16th of January. Happy to say the product arrived earlier than expected. I was kept updated with delivery and arrival. Now the product it鈥檚 self is simply a work of art! Great quality and it鈥檚 a great talking piece when I have friends around.

A really nicely designed and produced product hand made here in the UK. Exceeded my expectations. Prompt tracked delivery using Evri. Excellent customer service and communication. They even brought forward my delivery to meet a deadline for a birthday present.

Great looking mug and love its aesthetic. The quality is great and looks amazing, my only issue is that the handle only allows for 3 fingers to grip inside it and leaves the pinky in a somewhat awkward position, wrongly assumed being a bigger mug it would mean a full hand handle. But besides that it鈥檚 very good.

Regardless of the handle size I am happy and have already put an order for 2 more. Maybe if your remodel them for a second version a full hand mug grip would be a cool upgrade. 馃憣馃徎

Please avoid this company. Their website specifically says to be posted within 48 hours. It's been well over a week, it hasn't been posted and they're telling me it'll be weeks before they do post it.
Don't order it, you won't get it by Christmas.
Customer service didn't assist me at all.
Paying 拢100 for two mugs, you expect to receive it within a few days.

Arrived today and it's ok . I'm not fond of how the token on one side is in a different place to the other makes it look wonky , one is central one is to the side . Had a look at pictures online and seems the tokens are just kind of anywhere so be aware of that cos I wasn't . Packaging was terrible a tiny piece of bubble wrap and a half open box not really what you expect when they aren't cheap . Like I say it's not terrible but if someone gave it me I'd think it was like 拢20 not 拢60 odd . Customer service was good and yes delivery took a while but you expect that for something handmade just the finished product didn't live up to the hype unfortunately

Bought as a Christmas Gift and was given a date of Dec 13th for delivery.
Great communication regular updates on progress.
Then it arrived yesterday EARLY !

Well after a very long wait I received my 2 chuug jugs, after waiting 3/4 weeks on dispatch of them ! The courier company lost the shipment 馃槱after contacting Chuug they quickly shipped out 2 replacements in a very quick
Time and I received them the 24 hours later . Am very happy with both jugs and wouldn鈥檛 hesitate on buying again. Big thank you to Martha in chuug who worked her magic. 馃憤

Bought two Chuug's, one Dark wood and one Natural. both are superb. Great quality and I already love using mine every day. had a small issue with one which got rectified straight away. Grace was really helpful and replied to my emails immediately to kindly sort things out for me. Great item and great company.

I paid for my order on the 28th October. We are now in mind November and I am yet to receive the product for my husband's Christmas present. Upon chasing Chuug confirmed they were working towards the order being dispatched on the 12th November, again still no word. I have since reported this issue to Klarna to now chase for an update. Sadly my review is negative and as nice as their products are I wouldn't recommend engaging with this company.
