Support for me is everything ! And they do their burden happilly. They already looks overloaded ,because my migration took 8 days ,so i think they need to be carefull to not be criticaly overloaded.

Good services, quick servers with a stable infrastructure.
Started using Cloud86 with another website, after moving from GCP because of system maintenance, at the first start Cloud86 worked great and there moving service is great. After that a lot is hosted by Cloud86.

I chose the medium package as it included the hosting transfer and live chat for further support. It has been great! They offered various options for the transfer to accommodate my unease with my previous provider which I did not have to get involved at all after all. The clear, friendly and extremely responsive staff at the life chat has sorted me out with various other questions that I was then able do by myself (how empowering!) and left me with peace of mind.

It would be a 5-star review if they allowed SSH for shared hosting. Getting your website up and running every time you do it is a huge hassle because you need to use FTP. I lose multiple days over this because I can't run a few simple terminal commands. This makes the git feature that they offer practically useless. I will change hosting providers because of this in the future and I advise you to consider this heavily before purchasing your hosting here.

Thank you for this feedback and explanation of your situation. SSH access is indeed not possible on our standard shared hosting. We understand very well that using FTP in your situation is not ideal.
However, it's good to know that SSH access is possible with our premium shared hosting WordPress packages and VPS solutions.
If you'd like to know more about this, please feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.
It works and it may not be the easiest but it certainly is the cheapest solution I found.
