I recently ordered a phone case from coconut lane and I had an issue with it after 4 months of having it, I emailed them about it, they promptly emailed back and let me choose a phone case of my choice for free! It came the same week and I was really pleased with the customer service, delivery time and the product. It makes up for the first issue I had experienced and I’m super happy with the phone case. It’s durable, pretty and not flimsy. 100% recommend

I ordered an AirPod Max case and it doesn’t fit. I looked into a return and they make you request to return it before even considering a return. I requested a return and emailed and no response. On top of that they charge for returns which seems like a shady business practice - what about consumer rights? It’s not my fault their product isn’t fit for purpose. Haven’t received a response yet which is quite poor. You’re better off ordering from a bigger brand with clear refund processes.

I recently purchased an Apple Watch strap from Coconut Lane and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The strap was marketed as a women’s design, but it looked bulky and masculine—far from the feminine style I was expecting. The quality was shockingly poor, feeling cheap and flimsy, more like a light, unattractive piece of plastic than a £25 product.

The biggest issue, however, has been their return policy. Despite qualifying for free delivery, I had to pay for the return of this unsuitable item. To make matters worse, they deducted the original delivery cost from my refund, meaning it cost me over £5 just to try on this poorly made product once.

This return process feels unreasonable and unfair to customers. I would strongly advise against buying from Coconut Lane unless you’re absolutely sure you’ll love the product, as their policies make it an expensive risk for a subpar item.

I recently purchased a phone case for my sister as a Christmas gift and she LOVED it! Over the past year, I have bought many phone cases for myself (I like a change) and I have never experienced any problems with them. It is shipped quickly, packaged securely and all at a reasonable cost. I will be ordering more for sure! :)

A great company! I have ordered 2 Apple Watch straps; one that I loved and one that I thought looked too slim for my watch face. Coconut lane allowed me to return the strap in exchange for another. Lovely products and excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again x

Cases are ok but watch out they say you can return items but then when you look at terms most of the stock is unreturnable. I was sure I ordered a 15 pro max phone case but seems I ordered 16 pro max and cannot exchange as its a tough phone case. Why these cannot be returned I have no idea. So only order if you are 100% sure you will like.

Spent over £120 on Christmas gifts. One of the straws was too narrow to hold the straw topper therefore not staying in place. Topper lost in use! Requested a thicker straw like the one on the 2nd water bottle purchased. Basically told not using the straw correctly!!! Really disappointing, customer service ‘couldn’t give an damn attitude’ wow! Won’t be bothering to purchase anything further and spoilt the Christmas experience. Very expensive for what you get and expected better quality and better customer service. Would avoid!

Bought a Phone case and a phone charm, the phone charm beads went discoloured after about a week or so. The phone case it's self does protect the phone when dropping it however all the print on the case peeled off with the 1st few days.

Faulty strap which had discoloured from 3 months gold coloured with black marks which had developed . Strap bangle . Replaced no problem with a waterproof strap FOC .. so far so good … thank you !
