The shipping was very fast and complication free. As soon as opening the product I felt the smell of leather. The watch armband has imperfections which also indicates its genuine leather. The quality and craftsmanship is on point and worth the price. It will take breaking in but wearing my watch on it after 2 days and the leather band is already broken in a bit and wraps around my wrist better. The green color is exactly up my alley!
I bought the 20mm Capri short strap in light blue, with a little Black Friday discount. The leather quality and finishing was alright - you can find better for the same money, unless you're looking for a very specific color (which was my case). But one part of the strap was too wide at the lug end (about one millimeter) and didn't fit my Christopher ward Sealander 36. I contacted the company explaining the situation and showing photographic proof (I attached photos to my facebook review). They advised me to send the strap back and warned me that they will make an unboxing video of the returned item to check if I was telling the truth or if I ordered the wrong size instead. Sure, I said. They don't sell a 21mm Capri strap anyway and Christopher Ward only makes 20mm lug Sealanders.
After the pack finally reached them, I received a baffling reply: although the unboxing/measuring video made by Colareb proved I was right - the strap was wider than 20mm - the message accompanying it stated that there was nothing wrong with it and I used "makeshift tools" to measure it. So they refused to refund the two-way shipping, even though their product was not conform to the specification.
I know that times are tough and every euro counts, but that was a petty move and a company who doesn't take responsibility for a faulty product and disrespects their customers in this manner is not to be trusted.

First I've ordered Essential black 22, tapers to 18, wonderfull, so classy, smells like a perfume, suple, excellent. Then I bought Venezia black 20, more subdued, less tapered (18) but wears very well, casual type of strap. Leather and stitching are first class. Both are regular size and they fit my 16.5cm wrist. All in all, thank you fabulous Fabio. Greetings from Croatia.

Not a trust worthy customer.
I'll start from the end: here the only embarrassing thing are the falsehoods written in the review.
It is not true that you can find a better strap at the same price, we only use full grain leather worked and tanned in Italy, we have no rivals in the quality/price ratio; it is not true that a part of the strap was so large that it did not fit into the watch and furthermore, to prove it, he tried to measure it with a tape measure! (we use a measuring device or a digital caliper); it is not true that our video shows that he is right, in fact it is exactly the opposite (what reason would we have to show a video in which he is right if we were dishonest???); it is not true that we warned him that we would make a video and in fact he was surprised and reacted by sending this review, he thought that it would end up with everyone remaining of their opinion but with the video there is proof of our reason.
The truth is that he didn't like the strap and wanted to get his shipping money back so he preferred to try to blame us but the video (unexpected by him) proves the opposite.
Finally, I agree that "those times are tough and every euro counts" and "that was a petty move" but.... his move.

Amazing strap. I am in Perth Australia. I ordered it on Thursday evening last week and got it today Tuesday the following week (5 days).
