It's easy to find a ticket but realy difficult to pay from the app. I had login on the website to book and pay. After payment the app and website gave an error when I try to get in additional services. I'm not able to select a seat, buy additional bagage, order special food. I will try again tomorrow. It shouldn't have to be like this
Reserve a ticket from the Corendon App with Sofort payment is really painful!!!
The price of the ticket were deducted from my account 4 times and each time after I confirmed the payment, the app prints error code.
I waited much time to get any confirmation to my email, but nothing!
Then I decided to reserve another ticket but from online website, with the same payment type.
Everything went completely fine, and received the confirmation.
And decided to call the customer service for refunding the four transactions happened before without any reservation. I found that I received a 4 times confirmations with the same reference number 🤔🫤😕
I am going to call the customer service now for a full refund

They cancelled our flight without notifying us so we had to find out at the airport! There was no representative to help us and they wouldn't pick up the phone to give us advice. they haven't given us a refund for the flight and have been very unhelpful since.
