I found a code for £5 if you spend over £75 so my item was priced over £143 and the code wouldn’t work so I ordered anyway but thought it was a bit naughty.

Poor customer service. Quick at taking your money but extremely slow to support when parcel is not delivered in a reasonable time. DHL is the worst courier service and judging by the quality of the Costway response it is no wonder they use one of the worst couriers in the UK. DO NOT BUY from Costway UK if you want any customer service.

I chose this trampoline specifically as it had a slide. For my young boys this would have been ace and a far better way to get off the trampoline rather than try to reverse down a ladder.
The trampoline arrived in good time but the slide was dented badly at one corner. And wasn't usable because the plastic could now hurt someone.
The advice from the company was to try pouring boiling water and re shape the slide. Not safe and not appropriate to suggest as a solution for a child's toy.
This was over £170. Whilst the trampoline seems ok quality, there is yet to be a satisfactory resolution.
I wish I'd have chosen an alternative.
Having reviewed the options offered. I've proposed they refund me price difference between the trampoline without the slide. £129, and the one with. £179.
I wonder why this was not offered, they only offered me £20.

Option 1, We would like to offer you a partial refund of £25 and please try to soak the defective part of the house in hot water.
Option 2, We can send you the problematic part, but it is out of stock now and needs to be shipped from the factory and it will take 2-3 months. Is that acceptable for you?
Option 3, If you still don't want to keep the item, we can arrange a collection for the item. After receiving the returned product, we can issue a full refund of £170.95 for you.

I purchased a pink sit on Jeep for my daughters Christmas present, my husband started to build the Jeep on the 23rd ready for Christmas Day only to find that x 2 wheels were missing and another part of the jeep. When we have tried calling the phone just rings and rings then goes to answerphone. We have also emailed and had no response. Thank you Costway for ruining our daughter’s Christmas as she now has no main present to open. Would not order from here again, such a disappointment
