Very bad and there is no support. I redeem a card 30$ since week ago and till now I didn't receive anything to my wallet .
I send messages to support and there is no response

Much like the other reviews, I received a giftcard that I redeemed months ago and I have yet to receive it. No support for the team either. Would love to start a class action lawsuit against this site.

I redeemed a $100 US voucher and my crypto has not been delivered and customer support are not responding . I don’t fully understand what the relation is betweeen this site and cryptovoucher.io but I have bought other vouchers which were redeemable at cryptovoucher.io and had no problem but this voucher I purchased from kinguin didn’t work there and upon reading the redemption instructions a second time I saw that a second option was to redeem the voucher at cuptovouchergiftcard.com. But when purchasing the vouchers you’re not told which site you should redeem at. I have yet to be compensated for my lost $100 from either crypto voucher or kinguin and no one is taking responsibility for the matter .

I don't think this company can improve... redeemed a $30 voucher and to my surprised I could only see $17 in transaction and close to 50% as fee...wft 😱, I contacted the customer service and never get reply ..also the $17 is taking forever to be confirmed on Blockchain...I'm still waiting for the past 6 hours with zero confirmation for the $17

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS platform. I bought (2) crypto vouchers $25 & $100 in one transaction on player site. I was under the impression both were for the same redemption site, however they were not. The $100 voucher I was sent to redeem on this site. First off it very vague but with crypto that’s not so alarming, what is alarming is they ask what kind of crypto, you pick, then your prompted to put in pin, then they ask for verification sent by code to either email /sms, you get code go back re-enter pin and it says card already redeemed 1¤7. What the deuce, they never even asked for my crypto wallet address 1¤7 So if 1 person reads this Don’t Use This Site. Go to cryptovoucher.com if you just need a one transaction. For more frequent transactions a Coinbase gift card or open a Coinbase wallet to buy/send/use legit crypto 1¤7. Last thing by far the MOST IMPORTANT REASON TO NOT USE THIS SITE the support email was returned undeliverable/ non existing, tried from both my phone email & computer email.. Sorry so long I never write reviews, however I just couldn’t let another day go without saying something 1¤7/p>

even if u hear that cryptovouchergiftcard.com is legit don`t use them
i got 2 crypto voucher with 30 $ balance
when i tried to load them into my balance it became 6 $

yes , just 6 $ and the 24$ deducted as fees
