My experience has been terrible. Don't do business with CZ. Check out the BBB rating and the number of complaints.
CZ does not have a customer service department to speak to in person. Only email which they do not respond to.
I tried to return 4 magazines that I did not order but credit card was charged. There's no phone number to call at the CZ webstore only an email return request.
So, I submitted a return request and did not received a response within the promised 24 hour timeframe.
A week later, I submitted a 2nd return request and did not receive a response in the promised 24 hour timeframe.
I've received no response from CZ at all.
All I want to do is return the 4 magazines and get refunded.
