I hesitated before ordering as I was concerned that I would never see the part or my money again. But I took the risk and I’m glad I did! Ordered late one evening, order despatched the next day and received it the following day. I needed it in a hurry so used Fedex Priority. Part was well packed, worked like a dream and all at a very good price.

I was searching for a Johny Works front radiator grille for my Mini Countryman F60, which was tough to find used. Luckily, I discovered that Partversal offers new OEM parts as well. The price was fantastic at £130 plus delivery—20% cheaper than on eBay—so I decided to place an order after checking reviews.
Understanding that new OEM parts might take a bit longer to deliver, I wasn’t surprised when my part arrived after 9 working days. The part was exactly as advertised—original, brand new, and with all the original packaging. I’m thrilled that I found this option and made the purchase!
The customer service was also excellent. They promptly confirmed my order and provided additional information when I inquired.

I highly recommend Partversal and hope everyone has the same positive experience I did!

Excellent Transaction

Very recommended! Bought front coolant fan.

Very recommended!
Ordered a front radiator fan. Arrived after 2 days. Condition as in pictures, very well packed with lots of bubble wrap. Replaced on my car defective fan and so far so good. Very good price and value.

Refunded order

I ordered a car part but received an email saying it was out of stock, so they refunded me as expected. The refund took a week to process, but it eventually arrived, so I can't complain too much.
However, they should implement a system to remove out-of-stock parts from their site to prevent unnecessary orders.

Avoid at all cost

I've ordered a climate control unit for my car from them. It has arrived in horrendous condition, the listing did not reflect the actual condition of the item. I wish I could link some photos here. No worries, opened a return case on their site. Weeks gone by, no response. I had to open a separate case on PayPal. 2 other weeks of waiting no response from the seller. I had to ask PayPal to step in. Finally, the return case was accepted over a month after the purchase. Now I have to pay the postage fee as this is a PayPal case, nice.. The only reason I've ordered from these guys is because the condition of the unit looked immaculate while there was one for sale on eBay with some scratches on it. But the parts I got from these guys were likely stored outside in the rain and kicked around in the dirt. Now I'm losing money on this. The only thing I'm hoping for is they have to pay a hefty import tax on their junk part that they wanted back.

Absolutely perfect. I needed an obscure part and Partversal provided it at a great price.

Absolutely perfect. I needed an obscure part, a button panel with a certain button configuration, main dealer price was very expensive. Did a Google search and found the part on Partversal and eBay, another place had it but no shipping to the UK. The part was coming from abroad with a very good postage price using Evri, a courier company which I actually very like in the UK, total cost was a fraction of the main dealer price. I'm a DIY enthusiast, I don't buy parts that frequently, I saw the reviews on here and took a chance, and I'm really glad I did. After I ordered the part, it was marked as sold on Partversal and interestingly the eBay listed part was also ended, so I think there must be some backend API which lists the part on multiple marketplaces to increase exposure, and also end the sales on all sites once a purchase is made. Anyway, thought I'd mention it as I did notice the part with the same identification was listed on more than one site, but it is reassuring to see the item ended on ALL sites once you make the purchase.

As someone else mentioned on here, once ordered, you don't get any confirmation which is a little disconcerting, but not to worry, I emailed their info mailbox and got an immediate response to confirm it had been ordered and I monitored the order page on the website instead.

I had no real info on shipping so I emailed info again after a few days and again got an immediate response and they advised that shipping and tracking is available once it arrives in the UK and sure enough I was able to track on Evri's website once it was in the UK. It then arrived shortly after.

All in all a great, perfect experience and service. I shall use Partversal again if needed. I would give 1000000** stars if I could.

Once you understand the process, trust it and you will receive your order. I was dubious but definitely a trustworthy and responsive company - how many other companies respond to queries so fast. AWESOME!!

Do not trust the availability of parts when ordering

I have ordered a spare part new and after 10 days, only after that I contacted them I have been infomred that the part was not available. I asked to change the order then for a second hand part and they tolda me that I had to make another order which I did. Then after 5 min my order as been canceled as also the used part was not available. The webpage however still offers both new and second hand part for ordering. I give two starst only beacuse they replied to my email rather quickly.

perfect part and great service!!

wasn't sure since this is far away from where i live, and had my doubts if this would arrive.

service was good, and shipped quick.

part looked new, but when trying to install i noticed all mounting tabs were broken. i needed to glue the 3rd break light into the spoiler since i couldn't use the screws.

I've bought an item and it was saying…

Very ridiculous and I've bought an item and it was saying it will arrive on the 12th of April as I've paid £13 for item and over £17 for delivery. I've tried to contact them and they won't answer my call or email, I've tried to text them via help section and they don't reply at all.
They doesn't show order in your profile. No information of what you bought etc at all. I've received tracking but it's been saying label created and that's all as there is no update on delivery from 2 days.

Stressful and wasting time. Please be careful with this company.

I've talked to my lawyer friend if I can sue this company to it's end.

Shocking service you have been warned

So after ordering a headlamp for my car on 17th march I’m still waiting for delivery even after paying extra for delivery no help from partversal when I called yesterday just fobbed me off with it’s out for delivery

Ive ordered a part of a fraud website?

I’ve ordered a part off partversal.co.uk and I feel like it is a scam. Because it’s called partversal.lv on here. And I feel like it’s not the same website, because when I go to click on partversal.lv it won’t let me access the website.
