I can vouch for the numerous bad experiences with these scammers. I changed my mind and cancelled within an hour. They still sent it hours later despite responding to my mail quickly. I received today but will not be attempting an install. I paid by credit card so have lodged a dispute and will see where it gets me.

This is a great car recorder! I love how reliable and functional it is, and the video quality is excellent. But the screen is a bit small, making it hard to review footage on the device itself.

This dashcam is really good, with a wide field of vision and a compact size that doesn't take up much space. The quality is solid, though I wish the adhesive mount was a bit stronger - it sometimes feels a little loose.

This is a great dashcam and offers good value for money. The cable length is adequate, and both front and rear visibility are excellent. Just the rear camera could be a bit sharper in low light.

Ok, so the bad first. Yes, this is a Chinese company pretending to be in the UK. I ordered 2 dashcams then, immediately after, I saw the reviews claiming this to be a scam so I tried contacting them to cancel the order but couldn't. I would be able to return the units but the cost to do so would far outweigh the cost of the dashcams themselves.

So I decided to sit tight and see if I received them. And I did, both received within 2 weeks of ordering. And I must say, I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality. OK probably not as good compared to some of the premium units available in the UK. But, for the price, these have surpassed my expectations. Picture quality is good and all functions work as they should (GPS, rear view, parking monitor etc). Some have said the wifi doesn't work but it does, you just need to turn wifi on on the dashcam (one if the right hand buttons) then connect to that wifi network on your phone. There's plenty of settings that can be changed (like shock sensitivity) so can take a bit of tweaking to get them how you want but only took me a few days of use to get mine right.

I've been using one of the units since October (the other is for my Sons car), so nearly 3 months now, and the only "issue" I've had is that possibly twice in that time the dashcam didn't start up when I turned in the ignition. But I also occasionally had the same issue with my old dashcam so maybe not a fault of the units themselves

The app I'm using (Vidure) seems to work well, maybe not as intuitive as some others but does the job when you get used to it.

What a load of rubbish DO NOT BUY anything from them it's a scam luckily I paid on credit cards so going for a claim back hopefully. Would have given this firm a -5 if I could.SCAMMERS

update: so these little shits sent the item by some courier who dumped it somewhere near our house, took a picture and f'd off. We did a chargeback with Barclays Bank who after several letters didnt accept this (the image of a dropped package is enough proof for them that we received the goods) and so ultimately we lost £138.

So for all those potential scammers out there - here is the path to riches: advertise some expensive item at a just reasonable and acceptable price. Get customer who pays on their debit card. Put a bundle of old newspaper in a courier pack and send to address with a courier who will just drop and run. Keep money. Rinse and Repeat.

Update about my dashcam experience. After getting a refund,luckily through Klarna,I receive the dash cam I sent back months ago back on my door stop. I spent £20 sending it back so I could receive my refund( which I did) but they didn't even get it to the bogus address as it does not exist. The item was never used but it will be recycled at our local tip

Chinese company masked as being a uk based seller, shock horror. Found the camera on a review site (fake) only cons are (Only available online and
Often sold out due to high demand) should’ve known from that alone. Top of their online page it says “90 day warrant” first of many spelling mistakes littered through their site and emails once you’ve payed. Haven’t even received it yet but looking at Barclays recouping through fraud. China have been doing this for years with Amazon and EBay, scamming the UK for cheap fake rubbish that’s unsafe to use. Need to be extra vigilant now as even the review sites are fake. Go to your local auto shop and buy one. Lesson learned. AVOID. Read reviews FIRST!!! DOH!

So, I figured out how to connect to the Wi-Fi. Press and hold the second button up as the screen faces you. You'll then activate the camera's Wi-Fi unit, and it will appear on the screen. Yes, it's not in the manual, but a bit of persistence paid off. There is a choice of two apps, though. It's not a bad camera once all the Wi-Fi is sorted, but I need an extension cable for the rear camera.

The product and directions are rubbish. After spending 2 days to get this to work I've given up and it's now in the bin. Even my MEng in engineering didn't help!

Absolutely rubbish, from the camera to the "easy" installation, I've read the product manual countless if times, basic information is missing or incorrect, stating that you'll be able to see things on the screen that are absolutely nowhere! Connect to camera WiFi? How? Wish I wouldn't have bought it, but I've already paid for this to be installed in my car, because, yes, for the rearview camera you absolutely need a professional!

Well, nothing has gone right really. I ordered this from their amazing information on the web site. then read reviews, not the correct way to do things I know. I cancelled the order within an hour, but they claim they have sent it, and the bank can't do much as it was paid as requested.

I mail them and ask for refund as it has now arrived but still unopened. They never answer my questions just talk rubbish and ask silly questions. Is "I want to return it" not a simple question. They won't give me an address and if they did, I don't know if I would trust them. I know their factory address in Hong Kong but that is all.

PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THEM

This company is a scam.
Everything they advertise is a lie.
I have been in correspondence the this company for weeks trying to connect the camera with the app.
It's impossible, there's no wifi feature so it cannot be connected to the app.
Every time i contact the company, they reply with a stupid answer that has nothing to do with the question that i ask them.
And, there is no money back.
I have to throw it away and buy a real dash cam.
Don't let them fool you, this is not a UK company but a fake Chinese one

Where to start,
Just don’t do it.
They are not a UK company, nor do they have a UK address to return to.
The unit feels ok, problems are that the instruction don’t match the firmware so you cannot set up the unit properly. The product support doesn’t respond, you would have to pay the return fees and postage if you even knew where to send it. They would then charge you for opening it, using it, damaging it, that’s of course if they actually sign for it.
Just don’t do it
